대학 융복합 비교과 프로그램 ‘강의페어링’의 운영에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 K대학교의 융복합 비교과 프로그램인 ‘강의페어링’의 운영 내용 및 결과를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 프로그램은 K대학교의 학생들이 수강해온 교양과 전공 교과목을 페어링하여 융복합적 아이디어로 확장시켜창의적인 결과물로 발전시키기 위한 것이다. 본 프로그램의 참여 학생들은 보고서 작성 및 제출(중간, 최종) 등과관련하여 질문이나 논의사항이 있을 경우에 프로그램 담당 교원과 상의하였다. 본 연구에서는 2020년도 2학기~2021년도 2학기, 최근 3개 학기 동안 프로그램의 운영 내용과 학생 참여 만족도를 제시하였다. 선정은 융복합영역 포함 교양 교과목 담당 교원 총 5인이 진행하였다. 평가 기준은 본 프로그램의 취지에 따라 내용 충실성, 체계성, 독창성, 융합성이었다. 운영 결과를 보면, 학생들은 기존에는 해 보지 못했던 새롭고 창의적인 결과물을 도출하는 경험을 하였고 활동 만족도도 높게 평가하였다. 반면, 코로나19 상황, 바쁜 학사 일정, 불확실한 수상 가능성 등으로 인해 지원자가 많지 않았다는 점 등이 운영상의 한계로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 대학 교양교육과정과 연계된 융복합 비교과 프로그램의 운영 내용과 방식 등에 대한 향후 방향성을 확인할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present the operation contents and results of ‘Lecture Pairing’, a convergence extra-curricular program at K University. The program is to develop creative results by pairing the liberal arts and major courses that K University students have taken and expanding them into convergence ideas. Students consulted with the professor in charge of the program when there were questions or discussions regarding the preparation and submission of reports (intermediate, final). In this study, from the 2020-2 semester to the 2021-2 semester, the progress of the program, and the satisfaction of student participation in the last three semesters were presented. The selection was conducted by a total of 5 professors in charge of liberal arts subjects including convergence areas. The evaluation criteria were content fulfillment, systemicity, originality, and convergence according to the purpose of this program. Looking at the results of the operation, the students had the experience of deriving new and creative results that they had never done before, and their satisfaction with the activities was highly evaluated. On the other hand, the limitations of the operation were that there were not many applicants due to the Corona 19 situation, busy academic schedule, and uncertain possibility of awards. Through this study, it will be possible to confirm the future direction of the operation contents and methods of the convergence extra-curricular program linked to the liberal arts curriculum of the university.
