대학생의 학문적 적응이 성적과 전공만족도를 매개로 학습역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생확적응에서 대학생들이 가장 어려움을 겪는 학문적 적응이 대학생 역량 중 학습역량에 미치는영향을 탐색하기 위해 학업성취도를 나타내는 성적과 전공 및 학과에 대해 즐거운 정도를 나타내는 전공만족도를매개로 직간접적 효과를 나타내는지 확인하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 A대학교 재학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 개인특성에 따른 학문적 적응은 성별, 학년성적에 따른 차이가 있었고, 학습역량은 성별과 성적에 따른 차이만 있었다. 또한 대학생의 학문적 적응은 전공만족도, 학습역량, 성적 순으로 모두 상관이 나타났고, 학습역량은 학문적 적응, 성적, 전공만족도 순으로 모두 상관이 있었다. 마지막으로, 대학생의 학문적 적응은 성적과 전공만족도를 부분매개로 학습역량에 직간접적으로 영향을주고 있었다. 본 연구는 대학교육의 책무성 강조와 객관적인 성과 측정 및 학습성과로 각광받고 있는 대학생 역량중 학습역량을 증진시키기 위해 영향을 미치는 관련 변인에 대한 연구를 실시하여 역량 함양 방안 마련을 위한 기초자료가 되기를 기대하는 바이다.

영문 초록

This research aimed to explore the effect of college students' academic adaptation on their academic competency, it was checked whether direct or indirect effects were mediated through grades and major satisfaction. For this study, path analysis applying the structural equation model was performed by collecting data from students of A-college located in the metropolitan area. The major findings showed that academic adaptation differed according to gender and grade level, and grades. And academic competency differed according to gender and grades. In addition, academic adaptation of college students was correlated in the order of major satisfaction, academic competency, and grades, and academic competency was correlated in the order of academic adaptation, grades, and major satisfaction. The results also show that academic adaptation of college students directly or indirectly affected their learning ability by partially mediating their grades and major satisfaction. This study attempted to explore factors affecting the academic competency used in measuring the objective performance of college education. In particular, it was attempted to prepare a method for developing competency by conducting a study on variables that affect academic competency.
