배달 플랫폼 참여자의 경험주제 분석

국문 초록

코로나19 확산과 사회적 거리두기의 장기화로 배달 애플리케이션 사용이 늘면서 배달에 참여하는 사람들이 증가하였다. 수요폭증으로 배달비가 2만 원이 넘는 사례들이 보도되면서, 코로나19로 생계에 타격을 입은 자영업자와 더불어 배달 경험이 전무한 개인의 참여가 증가한 것이다. 이는, 플랫폼 비즈니스를 통하여 원하는 만큼, 원하는 시간에 일하는 긱 이코노미가 보편적으로 확대되고 있는 것이라 이해할 수 있다. 그러나 관련 논의는 아직 많이 진척되지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 배달 플랫폼을 연구대상으로 설정하여, 해당 플랫폼에 파트너로서 참여한 개인들의 경험을 고찰해보는 것이다. 특히, 코로나19 이후 배달 플랫폼에 참여한 사람들이 급속히증가하였기에, 이를 연구 시점으로 하여, 이들의 플랫폼 내에서의 경험담을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 통하여, 배달 플랫폼 참여자가 온라인상에 남겨놓은 발화와 경험의 기록들을 수집하였다. 분석결과 총 10개의 토픽이 추출되었다. 본 연구에서는 각 키워드와 더불어 수집된 원문에 대한 추가적인 탐색을 통하여 그 안에 내재되어 있는 논의를 더욱 자세히 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 그간 플랫폼 참여자 중심의 연구가부족하고, 그렇기에 정성연구로만 치우쳐져 있었던 연구의 공백을 메우고자 하였다는데 그 의의가 존재한다. 본 연구결과는 플랫폼 비즈니스의 핵심 구성원인 참여자와 관련된 이해를 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Due to the spread of COVID-19, the number of delivery application users has exploded. As a result, the number of people participating as crowd workers on the delivery platform increased. The participation of individuals such as office workers, housewives, and students has increased. This can be understood as the expansion of the gig economy through the platform business. As such, the number of participants is increasing, but related academic discussions have not progressed properly. Therefore, this study analyzed the experiences of individuals who participated in the delivery platform as a partner. The data collection period is one year after COVID-19. In this study, online blog posts were collected through text mining. As a result of the analysis, a total of 10 topics were extracted. In this study, extracted keywords and collected original texts were checked to interpret the meaning of topics. The results of this study have the following implications. The limitations of previous studies are that there is a lack of platform participant-centered research, and the majority of studies have used qualitative methodologies. This study has academic significance in that it conducted a participant- centered study that applied the text mining technique. In addition, the results of this study are expected to contribute to enhancing the understanding of participants, who are key members of the platform business.
