고등학생이 지각한 교사의 자율성 지지와 학습몰입 간의 관계에서 성취목표지향성의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 고등학생이 지각한 교사의 자율성 지지와 학습몰입 간의 관계에서 성취목표지향성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해 부산시에 소재한 A, B, C 고등학생 223명의 설문조사 자료를 분석하였다. 변인의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 성취목표지향성의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 자율성 지지, 숙달접근목표지향성, 수행접근목표지향성, 학습몰입 간에는 유의미한 상관이 있다. 둘째, 교사의 자율성 지지와 학습몰입 간의 관계에서 숙달접근목표지향성과 수행접근목표지향성은 부분 매개효과가 있다. 결론 교사의 자율성 지지는 숙달접근목표지향성과 수행접근목표지향성을 매개하여 고등학생의 학습몰입에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 학습과 관련하여 사회적, 동기적, 인지적 변인들의 상호작용을 규명함으로써 학습과정에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓혔다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 고등학생시기의 학생의 학습몰입을 높이기 위해서는 교사의 자율성 지지와 더불어 학습상황에서 학생 개개인의 성취목표지향성 동기를 파악하여 학습과 연결 짓는 것이 중요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of achievement goal orientation on the relationship between teacher autonomy support and learning flow perceived by high school students. Methods For the purpose of the study, 223 students’ data from high school in Busan were analyzed. In order to investigate the relationship of each variable, we conducted a correlation analysis. We conducted a regression analysis to verify the mediating effect of goal orientation. Results The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a positive correlations among teacher autonomy support, mastery approach goal orientation, performance goal approach orientation and learning flow. Second, mastery approach goal orientation and performance goal approach orientation partially mediated the relationship between teacher autonomy support and learning flow. Conclusions Teacher autonomy support affects learning flow by mediating mastery approach goal orientation and performance goal approach orientation. This study is meaningful in that it has broadened understanding of the learning process by investigating the interactions of social, motivational and cognitive variables in relation to learning, and in this light. To increase the learning flow in high school, it will be necessary to support the autonomy of teacher and to identify and connect achievement goal orientation of each student in learning.
