생활체육지도자 비대면 실시간 온라인 프로그램 운영 탐색

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 생활체육지도자 비대면 실시간 온라인 프로그램 운영 탐색을 분석하고자 진행되었다. 방법 연구의 참여자는 D광역시 체육회 소속되어 있는 생활체육지도자 8명을 선정하였다. 연구참여자는 경력, 종목, 비대면 실시간 온라인 프로그램 운영특성요인이 무엇인지라는 반구조화된 면담, 귀납적 분석방법을 실시하였다. 결과 본 연구는 다음과 같이 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 총 427개의 반응을 바탕으로 6개의 중영역과 4개의 대영역이 도출 되었다. 네 개의 대영역 중 가장 높은 빈도를 보인 것은 새로운 도전 비대면 실시간 온라인 프로그램 설계(198개, 46.4%)로 도출되었다. 두번째는, 비대면 실시간 온라인 수업의 실재감으로 반응수가 102개(23.9%)대영역으로 위치하였고, 세 번째로 높은 빈도를 보인 생활체육지도자의 비대면 실시간 온라인 수업 효과 (68개, 15.9%)로 대변되었다. 마지막 요인은 비대면 실시간 온라인 프로그램 운영 예산 확보의 반응수는 59개로 전체 반응 13.5%를 차지하였다. 결론 본 연구에서는 비대면 실시간 온라인 프로그램을 탐색하기위해서 체육회 생활체육지도자 대상으로 이루어졌다. 후속연구에서는 다양한 집단으로 선정하여 일선 현장의 생활체육지도자 목소리를 귀를 기울일 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다. 범주화분석을 통한 연구를 병행했음에도 불구하고 좀도 확장시켜 양적도구를 개발한다면 한층 발전된 연구진행이 될 가능성이 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the search for non-face-to-face real-time online program operation by life sports instructors. Methods The participants of the study were 8 sports leaders who belonged to the D city sports club. A semi-structured interview was conducted with the research participants about their career, event, and non-face-to-face real-time online program operation characteristic factors. Results This study could draw the following conclusions. Based on a total of 427 responses, 6 middle domains and 4 large domains were derived. Among the four major areas, the one showing the highest frequency was derived from the design of a new challenge non-face-to-face real-time online program (198, 46.4%). Second, with the sense of reality of non-face-to-face real-time online classes, the number of responses was located at 102 (23.9%) large areas, It was represented by the effect of non-face-to-face real-time online classes (68, 15.9%) of life sports instructors, who showed the third highest frequency. The last factor was 59 responses to securing a budget for non-face-to-face real-time online program operation, accounting for 13.5% of the total responses. Conclusions In this study, in order to explore non-face-to-face real-time online programs, this study was conducted with the sports leaders of the sports club. In the follow-up study, it is judged that it is necessary to listen to the voices of life sports leaders in the field by selecting various groups. It is considered that there is a possibility of further advanced research progress if a quantitative tool is developed by expanding it even though the research through categorization analysis was carried out in parallel.
