국문 초록

목적 본연구는 지체장애인의 사회활동이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 사회활동과 생활만족도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개 효과 규명을 목적으로 한다. 방법 연구대상은 장애인고용패널조사의 2차 웨이브 5차(2020년) 자료에 응답한 지체장애인 1,925명이며, 자료 분석은 SPSS V. 20.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 통계분석은 연구 도구의 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 다음으로 매개 효과분석은 Baron & Kenny가 제안한 3단계 절차로 분석하였다. 결과 지체장애인의 사회활동이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 사회활동 참여 정도, 경험의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회활동이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향은 사회활동 참여 정도, 경험의 순으로 영향을 미치며, 자기효능감은 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회활동과 생활만족도의 관계에서 자기효능감은 매개 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 연구결과를 토대로 하여 지체장애인의 생활만족도 향상을 위한 방안은 지체장애인의 사회 활동의 활성화와 자기효능감을 증진을 위한 환경조성 마련 등 장애인복지 실천방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social activities of people with physical disabilities on life satisfaction and to investigate the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between social activities and life satisfaction. Methods The subjects of the study were 1,925 persons with the physical disabled who responded to the 2nd Wave 5th(2020) data of Panel Survey of the Employment for the Disabled(PSED), and SPSS V. 20.0 program was used for data analysis. First, statistical analysis was conducted with reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis of research tools. Next, the mediating effect analysis was analyzed as a three-step procedure proposed by Baron & Kenny. Results It was found that the social activities of the physically disabled had an effect on life satisfaction in the order of the degree of participation in social activities and the experience of social activities. The effect of social activities on self-efficacy was found to have an effect in the order of participation in social activities and experience in social activities, and self-efficacy had an effect on life satisfaction. It was found that self-efficacy had a mediating effect on the relationship between social activities and life satisfaction. Conclusions As a way to improve the life satisfaction of people with physical disabilities, it is necessary to prepare an environment for social activities and ways to increase self-efficacy.
