국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 여성상담자의 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 회복탄력성과 프로티언 경력태도의 순차적 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 전문 설문조사 기관을 통해 전국의 상담 관련 직종에서 근무하고 있는 여성상담자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 300명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 주요 변인들 간의 기술통계분석과 상관분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과 검증을 위해 SPSS와 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS Macro를 사용하였으며, 부트스트래핑 방법을 활용해 간접효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과 직무스트레스는 직무만족도와 유의미한 부적 상관을 나타내었고, 회복탄력성과 프로티언 경력태도는 직무만족도와 유의미한 부적 상관을 나타내었다. 직무스트레스와 직무만족도의 관계에서 회복탄력성과 프로티언 경력태도의 매개효과는 각각 유의하였고, 직무스트레스와 직무만족도의 관계에서 회복탄력성과 프로티언 경력태도의 순차적 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 결과는 여성상담자가 겪는 직무스트레스가 직무만족도로 가는 과정에서 회복탄력성이 증가함에 따라 프로티언 경력태도가 증가하고, 그에 따라 직무만족도가 높아지는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, we aimed to find out the influence of job stress on job satisfaction and to look at the sequential mediating effects of resilience and protean career attitude in an integrated manner. Methods For this study, the survey was conducted on 300 women counselors working in the field of counseling. The Hayes’(2013) PROCESS Macro program(Model 6) in SPSS was used to conduct descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and examine the mediating effects. The significance of the indirect effects was verified using bootstrapping method. Results The influence of job stress, resilience, and protean career attitude on job satisfaction was examined, and the result showed that job stress was amulet correlation, and both resilience and protean career attitude were static correlation. Next, resilience and protean career attitude showed a mediate effect as a result of the analysis of job stress and job satisfaction. Finally, it was found that the sequential mediating effect of resilience and protean career attitude was significant in the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction. Conclusions Theses results suggest that increase of resilience increases protean career of the women counselor s job stress, and so the job satisfaction is increase.
