국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 학습태도, 대인관계능력, 학업탄력성 간의 구조적 관계를 체계적으로 분석하는데 있다. 방법 J지역 3개 대학교의 간호대학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여, 최종 378부의 자료를 사용하였으며, 각 변인들 간의 관계는 SPSS/AMOS 프로그램을 사용하여 회귀분석의 Process 모형을 활용하고, 부트스트래핑을 통해 매개효과 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 대인관계능력, 학업탄력성 그리고 학습태도 간의 구조모형의 적합도는 양호하였으며, 변인 간의 인과관계는 타당하게 예측하였다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 학습태도, 대인관계능력 그리고 학업탄력성 간의 직접효과는 모두 유의미한 영향을 나타냈다. 셋째, 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력이 학업탄력성에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 대인관계능력의 부분 매개효과를 확인하였다. 넷째, 자기주도학습능력이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향에서 학습태도는 조절효과로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 의의는 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 대인관계능력 그리고 학습태도 등이 학업탄력성에 직접적으로 영향을 줄 수 있는 변인임을 확인하였다. 그러므로 학업탄력성을 증진시키기 위해서는 이들 변인들도 함께 고려한 전략을 수립해야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze the structural relationship between self-directed learning ability, learning attitude, interpersonal relationship ability, and academic resilience of nursing students. Methods An online survey was conducted on nursing students from three universities in the J region, and the final 378 data were used. The relationship between each variable was verified using the SPSS/AMOS program, using the process model of regression analysis, and the significance of the mediating effect was verified through bootstrapping. Results First, the fit of the structural model among nursing students self-directed learning ability, interpersonal relationship ability, academic resilience, and learning attitude was good, and the causal relationship between variables was reasonably predicted. Second, the direct effects among nursing students self-directed learning ability, learning attitude, interpersonal relationship ability, and academic resilience all had significant effects. Third, the partial mediating effect of interpersonal relationship ability was confirmed in the path that nursing students self-directed learning ability affects academic resilience. Fourth, in the effect of self-directed learning ability on interpersonal relationship ability, learning attitude was found to be a moderating effect. Conclusions The significance of this study is to confirm that nursing students self-directed learning ability, interpersonal relationship ability, and learning attitude are variables that can directly affect academic resilience. Therefore, it suggests that in order to improve academic resilience, it is necessary to establish a strategy that also considers these variables.
