상반행동 차별강화와 토큰강화가 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 도전행동에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 상반행동 차별강화와 토큰강화가 자폐스펙트럼장애 학생의 도전행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 연구 설계하였다. 방법 연구 대상자는 중학교 특수학급에 재학 중인 학생 2명이다. 도전행동은 상황에 맞지 않는 중얼거림을 반복하며 교실을 배회하는 행동을 말한다. 상반행동 차별강화는 교실배회라는 행동과 반대되는 착석행동에 강화하였으며 목표행동이 발생하였을 경우에는 토큰강화를 제시하여 다른 행동으로 주의를 환기 시켰다. 실험 설계는 ABAB 반전설계를 사용하였고 기능적 관계를 입증하였다. 결과 상반행동 차별강화와 토큰강화를 단일 중재로 사용했을 때와 함께 적용했을 때 둘 다 효과가 있었고, 도전행동의 빈도를 유의미한 수준으로 감소시켰으며, 다른 환경에서의 일반화에도 뚜렷한 효과가 있었다. 결론 본 연구는 자폐스펙트럼장애 학생이 주로 나타내는 도전행동을 중재하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있고 학교현장에서 자폐스펙트럼장애프로그램을 개발하는 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to examine the effect of Reinforcement of Incompatible Behaviors and Token economy on the Challenging Behavior of Student with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Methods The participant was one student in the middle school of a special classroom. Challenging Behavior refers to the behavior of repeating roaming classroom or words that do not oanthe situation. Reinforcement of Incompatible Behaviors and Token economy reinforced all behaviors other than the target behavior, and when the target behavior occurred, the attention w as shifted to Challenging Behavior by presenting a related movement. The experimental design used the reversal design and demonstrated the functional relation. Results When applied together with the use reinforcement of incompatible behavior and token reinforcement with a single intervention, both worked, reduced the frequency of challenge behavior to a significant degree, and had a distinct effect on generalization in different settings. Conclusions This study can be used as basic data on practical procedures and methods to mediate the Challenging Behavior mainly exhibited by Student with Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
