간호대학생의 팀 프로젝트 기반 아동간호학 시뮬레이션 실습경험

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 Q방법론을 통해 간호대학생의 팀 프로젝트 기반 아동간호학 시뮬레이션 실습경험에 대한 인식의 구조를 살펴보고 유형화함으로서 그 유형별 특성을 이해하고 향후 본 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생의 유형별 특성을 고려한 아동간호학 시뮬레이션 실습교육 개발의 전략을 제시하기 위해 시도되었다. 방법 Q모집단 구성을 위해 간호대학생의 팀 프로젝트 기반 아동간호학 시뮬레이션 실습경험에 대한 생각과 느낌을 작성하게 한 서면 인터뷰 내용과 아동간호학 시뮬레이션실습과 관련된 문헌고찰을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 중복되거나 의미가 모호한 문장을 추려내는 작업을 거쳐 총 34개의 Q 진술문이 추출되었다. Q 표본 진술문을 52명의 간호대학생에게 9점 척도의 정규분포표에 분류하도록 하였고, 이를 통해 수집된 자료는 pc-QUANAL 프로그램으로 자료분석하였다. 결과 분석결과, 간호대학생이 경험한 팀프로젝트 기반 아동간호학 시뮬레이션 실습경험 유형은 4가지 유형이 확인되었다. 제 1유형은 낯선환경 긴장초조형, 제 2유형은 차근차근 계획수행형, 제 3유형은 팀프로젝트 수행부담형, 제 4유형은 실습내용 자기성찰형으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 간호대학에서는 아동간호학 실습에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있도록 하는 시뮬레이션 실습 프로그램 개발 및 아동실무 전문가로서 성장할 수 있도록 돕는 교육매체 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 본다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the structure of nursing students perception of team project-based pediatric nursing simulation practice experience through Q methodology and to understand the characteristics of nursing students by type and to present strategies for developing desirable pediatric nursing simulation practice education. Methods For the composition of the Q population, a written interview was conducted to prepare thoughts and feelings about nursing students team project-based pediatric nursing simulation experience and literature review related to pediatric nursing simulation program. A total of 34 Q statements were derived after sorting out overlapping or ambiguous sentences. The Q sample statements were classified into 52 nursing students on a nine-point scale regular distribution table, and the data collected were analyzed through the pc-QUANAL program. Results As a result of the analysis, four types of experience in pediatric nursing simulation experience based on the team project experienced by nursing college students were identified. Type I was a type of unfamiliar environmental tensione, Type II was a type of the planning performance step by step, Type III was a type of the burden of team project performance, and Type IV was a type of the self-reflection of practice contents. Conclusions Through this study, nursing colleges can be used as basic data for developing simulation practice programs to effectively cope with pediatric nursing practice and developing educational media to help them grow into pediatric nursing experts.
