국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 가부장적 사회에서 중년기 기혼 여성의 명절 경험에 대해 다루고자 한다. 혈열중심적 사회, 가족주의적 문화가 만연한 한국사회에서 가족이 함께 모이는 가족 행사가 중년기 기혼 여성에게 어떤 의미를 가지는가를 심층적으로 탐색하고자 한다. 이는 기혼 중년기 여성의 삶을 이해하고, 가부장적 사회에서의 가족의 의미를 재해석할 수 있을 것이다. 방법 이러한 목적을 위해 본 연구에서는 연구자의 일기자료, 생각자료, 대화자료, 회상자료를 사용하여 협력적 자문화기술지를 통해 분석하였다. 연구자의 자료를 사회문화적 맥락 안에서 해석하고, 가족주의적 관점을 통해 해석하였으며, 가족과의 대화 및 상담학 교수의 지속적인 피드백을 받으며 객관성과 타당성을 확보하였다. 결과 연구의 결과는 며느리로서 명절을 맞이하면서 소외감, 부당함, 억울함을 경험한 것으로 도출하였고, 이러한 경험이 시집살이에서 분가한 후에도 이어지게 되면서 정체성 위기를 경험하게 되지만 상담학을 공부하면서 점차 주체성을 가지게 되는 경험을 도출하였다. 결론 가족이 모이는 명절은 당연히 모여야만 한다는 당위성에서 벗어나 개인의 존재가 존중되면서 자율적인 가족 모임이 이루어질 때 진정한 명절을 맞이할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to deal with the holiday experiences of middle-aged married women in a patriarchal society. In the Korean society, where blood zeal and familial culture are prevalent, family events where families gather together are intended to explore in depth what it means to middle-aged married women. This will help us understand the lives of married middle-aged women and reinterpret the meaning of family in a patriarchal society. Methods For this purpose, in this study, the researcher s diary data, thought data, conversation data, and recall data were used and analyzed through cooperative self-cultural descriptive papers. The researcher s data were interpreted within the socio-cultural context, interpreted from a familial perspective, and objectivity and validity were secured by receiving continuous feedback from the professor of counseling and dialogue with the family. Results As a daughter-in-law, it was derived that she experienced a sense of alienation, injustice, and resentment while celebrating the holidays as a daughter-in-law, and as these experiences continued even after separation from marriage, she experienced an identity crisis. derived. Conclusions A true holiday will be possible when an autonomous family gathering takes place as the individual s existence is respected away from the justification that family gatherings should be celebrated.
