예비보육교사와 함께 만들어가는 ‘교사-되기’ 배움공동체 과정과 의미 생성

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 예비보육교사와 함께 만들어가는 ‘교사-되기’ 배움공동체 과정과 그 속에서 생성되는 의미에 주목해 보고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 2021학년도 1학기 영유아교수방법론 수업(15주) 동안에 사회복지⋅보육과 2학년 학생(80명)과 교수자는 자전적 탐구 글쓰기를 기반으로 자신의 삶을 돌아보고 나누며 좋은 교사가 되기 위한 사례분석 및 사유의 과정을 함께 가졌다. 자전적 탐구 글쓰기와 공유하기를 기반으로 ‘교사-되기’ 배움공동체를 생성하며 가르친다는 것의 의미 등을 함께 고찰해 보았다. 결과 ‘교사-되기’ 배움공동체를 함께 만들어가는 과정에서는 교수자와 학습자의 관계 맺기, 이해하기가 중요한 역할을 하였다. 그리고 여백이 있는 교육계획안은 교육과정과 수업의 회절과 생성을 가능하게 해 주었다. 또한, 함께 만들어가는 교육과정에는 교수자와 학습자의 얽힘, 학습자의 과거와 현재 그리고 미래의 얽힘, 교수자의 관거와 현재의 얽힘 등이 드러나 있었다. 서로의 얽힘 속에서 교수자와 학습자는 용기를 내어 함께 긍정적⋅윤리적 배움공동체를 형성해 나갈 수 있었다. 그리고 이러한 도전은 또 다른 교사-되기를 그려나가는 여정과도 연결되었다. 결론 예비보육교사 양성과정이 더욱 의미 있게 구현될 수 있도록 교육과정 운영 체제와 지원 방안 등에 다양한 구성원들의 질문과 대화의 장이 열리기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study focused on ‘Becoming-teacher’ learning community with professor and pre-daycare teachers make together process and sense-making. Methods For this study, in the first semester of 2021, during the Teaching Methods for Young Children(15 weeks), 2nd grade students (80 students) and professor in the Department of Social Welfare-Childcare learn how to look back and share their lives based on autobiographical inquiry writing and case analysis to become good teachers. Based on autobiographical inquiry writing and sharing, we considered the meaning of teaching while creating a ‘becoming-teacher’ learning community. Results Establishing a relationship between the professor and students and understanding each other were critical to this sympotetic journey. Education plan with sufficient margins enabled the diffraction and creation of curriculum and lessons. The becoming curriculum is together reflected previous, current and future entanglement between the professor and students. Based on such entanglement, they were able to make a positive and ethical learning community together. Conclusions This challenge led to another journey of becoming a teacher. We expect that this study helps to achieve systems to nurture and support daycare center teacher, and leads to lively conversation and interaction between a variety of members.
