국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 보육교사의 분노반추가 직무스트레스로 이어지는 과정에서 전문성의 매개 및 조절효과를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 연구대상은 경기도 소재 어린이집에 재직 중인 보육교사 264명을 대상으로 분노반추, 전문성, 직무스트레스 척도를 실시하였으며, 이상값을 제외한 256명의 결과를 통해 2021년 4월 13일부터 5월 21일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 매개분석, 조절분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 보육교사의 분노반추와 직무스트레스는 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 반면 보육교사의 분노반추와 전문성, 보육교사의 전문성과 직무스트레스는 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 보육교사의 전문성은 분노반추와 직무스트레스의 관계에서 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 보육교사의 분노반추와 직무스트레스의 관계에서 전문성은 조절효과가 유의하여 전문성 수준이 높을수록 분노반추가 직무스트레스에 미치는 부정적인 영향이 조절됨이 검증되었다. 결론 이러한 결과는 보육교사의 분노반추가 직무스트레스에 이르는 과정에서 기저의 변화과정을 야기하는 전문성의 역할이 중요함을 보여주었다. 끝으로 보육교사의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 다각적 요인에 대한 탐색의 필요성을 시사점으로 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating and moderating effects of professionalism in the process of childcare teachers anger rumination leading to job stress. Methods The subjects of this study were 264 childcare teachers working at daycare centers in Gyeonggi-do; their anger rumination, professionalism, and job stress scales were collected from April 13th to May 21st, 2021 through the results of 256 people excluding outliers. For data processing, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, mediation analysis, and adjustment analysis were performed using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program. Results First, it was verified that there is a positive correlation between childcare teachers anger rumination and job stress. In contrast, it was verified that there was a negative correlation between childcare teachers anger rumination and professionalism, and childcare teachers professionalism and job stress. Second, the professionalism of childcare teachers was verified to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between anger rumination and job stress. Third, in the relationship between childcare teachers anger rumination and job stress, professionalism had a significant moderating effect, and it was verified that the higher the level of expertise, the more moderate the negative effect of anger rumination on job stress. Conclusions These results showed that the role of professionalism in causing the underlying change process in the process of childcare teachers anger rumination leading to job stress is significant. At last, the need to study the multifaceted factors affecting the job stress of childcare teachers was suggested as a result.
