국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 넥스트디그리트랙 참여가 대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 학습몰입, 학업적자기효능감에 미치는 효과와 성별차이를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 방법 본 연구는 k대학교 넥스트디그리트랙 참여학생 103명을 대상으로 2021년 3월 9일과 6월 7일에 온라인으로 설문조사를 실시하고 SPSS를 활용하여 분석하였다. 또한, 학습자 4명을 대상으로 소그룹인터뷰를 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 넥스트디그리트랙 참여는 대학생의 자기주도학습능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 넥스트디그리트랙 참여는 대학생의 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 넥스트디그리트랙 참여는 대학생의 학업적자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 넷째, 성별에 따라 자기주도학습능력, 학습몰입, 학업적자기효능감에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넥스트디그리트랙은 남학생의 자기주도학습능력, 학습몰입, 학업적자기효능감 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 학습자 인터뷰를 통해 넥스트디그리트랙에 대한 학습자의 긍정적인 의견을 확인하였다. 결론 본 연구는 넥스트디그리트랙 참여 효과를 검증하여 효과적인 운영 및 지원을 위한 방향을 제시하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects and gender differences of Next degree track participation on the self-directed learning ability, learning flow, and academic self efficacy of university students. Methods This study conducted a pre and post survey on 103 students at k university on March 9 and June 7, 2021 and analyzed them using SPSS. In addition, a small group interview was conducted with 4 learners. Results First, participation in the next degree track was found to have a significant effect on the self directed learning ability of university students. Second, participation in the next degree track was found to have a significant effect on the learning flow of university students. Third, participation in the next degree track did not have a significant effect on the academic self efficacy of university students. Fourth, it was found that there were differences in self directed learning ability, learning flow, and academic self efficacy according to gender. Next degree track was found to be effective in improving male students self directed learning ability, learning flow, and academic self efficacy. Fifth, the learners positive opinions about the Next Degree Track were confirmed through the learner interview. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it suggested a direction for effective operation and support.
