유아교육기관의 창의적 역량과 유치원 교사 역량, 유아 놀이성 간의 경로 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관의 창의적 역량, 유치원 교사 역량, 그리고 유아 놀이성 간의 경로관계를 알아본 후, 유치원 교사 역량의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 B지역 유아교사 374을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이들에게 배부된 설문지를 390부였으며 최종 회수된 것은 380부였고, 그 중 불성실한 응답지를 제외하고 분석의 대상이 된 것은 5부였다. 회수된 자료는 SPSS 25.0와 AMOS. 25.0을 사용하여 빈도, 백분율, 경로분석, 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교육기관의 창의적 역량이 높아질수록 유아교사의 역량도 높아졌다. 둘째, 유아교사의 역량이 높아질수록 유아의 놀이성도 높아졌다. 셋째, 유아교육기관의 창의적 역량이 높아질수록 유아의 놀이성 역시 높아졌다. 넷째, 유아교육기관의 창의적 역량과 유아 놀이성 간의 관계에서 유아교사 역량은 부분매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 유아교육기관에서 유아교사의 역량을 향상시키고 다양한 형태로 창의적 역량을 키울 수 있는 환경 및 교육을 제공한다면 유아교육기관의 교육적 질을 높여 유아의 놀이성 발달에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the path relationship between the creative competency of early childhood education institutions, the kindergarten teacher s competency, and the child s playability, and then to check the mediating effect of the kindergarten teacher s competency. Methods In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted targeting B local early childhood teachers 374. Retrieved response sheets are SPSS 25.0 and AMOS. 25.0 was used for analysis. The analysis methods were descriptive statistics, path analysis, and mediation effect analysis. Results The results of the study analyzed through this method are as follows. First, the higher the creative competency of early childhood education institutions, the higher the competency of early childhood teachers. Second, the higher the competency of the early childhood teacher, the higher the children s playability. Third, the higher the creative competency of early childhood education institutions, the higher the playability of children. Fourth, it was confirmed that the competency of early childhood teachers had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between the creative competency of early childhood education institutions and the playability of children. Conclusions Early childhood education institutions should provide an environment and education to improve the competency of early childhood teachers and to cultivate creative competence in various forms. If so, the quality of early childhood education institutions will be improved, which will have a positive effect on the development of children s playability.
