체육수업에서 지각된 교사이미지가 중학생의 수업열정 및 수업만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 체육수업에서 지각된 교사이미지가 중학생의 수업열정 및 수업만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 방법 이 연구에 참여한 연구대상은 G시와 G시에 소재한 혼성중학교 각 1개교를 임의로 선정하여 할당표집방법을 활용하여 360명(남학생 180명, 여학생 180명)의 표본을 표집하였다. 표집한 표본 중에서 337명의 자료를 최종적으로 실제분석에 이용하였다. 그리고 이 연구에 사용된 연구도구는 연구대상의 일반적 특성, 교사이미지, 수업열정, 수업만족도 검사지를 이용하여 설문지를 구성하였다. 자료분석은 요인분석, 회귀분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 이 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사이미지의 외모이미지와 업무/역할이미지는 강박열정에 정적 영향을 준다. 그리고 외모이미지, 전문성이미지, 업무/역할이미지는 조화열정에 정적 영향을 준다. 둘째, 외모이미지와 전문성이미지는 수업운영에 정적 영향을 준다. 그리고 외모이미지, 전문성이미지, 품성이미지는 수업환경과 수업지도에 정적 영향을 준다. 또 외모이미지와 품성이미지는 건강생활에 정적 영향을 준다. 결론 이 연구의 결과에 의하면 체육수업에서 지각한 교사이미지는 중학생의 수업열정과 수업만족도에 부분적으로 긍정적인 역할을 하고 있음을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived teachers’ image on class passion and class satisfaciton of middle school students in the physical education class. Methods The subject of this study consisted of 337 middle school students. The used instruments were the Kim, Gu, & Kim(2018) for measuring teachers’ image scale, the Jang(2017) for measuring class passion scale, and the Kim(2002) for measuring class satisfaction scale. For the analysis of data, exploratory fator analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and reliability analysis were used with SPSS programs. Results The results of this study was as follow. First, both appearance image and work/role image positively influenced to obsessive passion. And appearance image, work/role image, and professionalism image positively influenced to harmonious passion. Second, both appearance image and professionalism image positively influenced to class management. And appearance image, professionalism image, and character image positively influenced to class environment and class skill. Both appearance image and character image positively influenced to healthy life. Conclusions The results of the this study suggest that perceived teachers’ image plays a partly meaningful role in class passion and class satisfaction.
