어머니의 코로나 19 스트레스가 유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 어머니의 코로나 19 스트레스가 유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향에서 양육효능감의 매개 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 연구대상은 유치원과 어린이집에 재원 중인 만 3-5세 유아의 어머니 총 204명이었다. 코로나 19 스트레스를 측정하기 위해 ‘한국인을 대상으로 한 코로나 19 스트레스 척도’, 양육효능감을 측정하기 위해 ‘한국판 양육효능감 척도’, 유아의 문제행동을 측정하기 위헤 ‘유아 행동 질문지’ 도구를 사용하여 연구자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Pearson 적률 상관과 Hayes(2018)가 제안한 PROCESS macro 분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 어머니의 코로나 19 스트레스와 양육효능감이 부적 상관이 나타났으며 코로나 19 스트레스와 문제행동이 정적 상관이 나타났다. 양육효능감과 문제행동은 부적 상관이 나타났다. 다음으로 어머니의 코로나 19 스트레스는 유아의 문제행동에 직접적인 영향은 미치지 못하였으며 양육효능감을 통해 문제행동에 영향을 미치는 완전 매개 효과가 나타났다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 어머니의 코로나 19 스트레스가 유아의 문제행동의 관계에 미치는 영향에서 양육효능감의 부분 매개효과를 입증하는 것을 통해 코로나 19 상황에서 유아의 문제행동 감소를 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediated effects of mother’s parenting efficacy in relation to the mother’s COVID-19 stress and young children’ s problem behavior. Methods The participants were 204 mother of 3-5 year olds who attending kindergartens and preschools in Korea. For data collection, the study utilized the ‘COVID-19 Stress Scale for Korean People: CSSK’, ‘Echelle Globale du Sentiment de Competence Parentals: EGSCP’, ‘perspective taking ability scale’, ‘The Preschool Behavior Questionnaire:PBQ’. SPSS 20.0 was utilized to analyze the data, and Pearson correlation and the PROCESS macro analysis proposed by Hayes(2018). Results As a results, there were correlations among mother’s COVID-19 stress, mother’s parenting efficacy and young children’s problem behavior. There was also statically significance positive correlation of mother’s COVID-19 stress and young children’s problem behavior. Next, the verification of the mediating effect showed that the full mediation effect of parenting efficacy in the relationship between the mother’s COVID-19 stress and young children’s problem behavior. Conclusions This study provided basic data for reducing the problem behavior of infants in the COVID-19 situation by proving the mediating effect of parenting efficacy in the effect of mother s COVID-19 stress on the relationship between problem behaviors of young children.
