초등특수교육 전공능력 진단도구 개발 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 초등특수교육 전공능력 진단도구를 개발하고 문항과 검사에 대한 타당성을 확인하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구를 위한 두 가지 연구문제는 ‘초등특수교육 전공 역량의 하위 구인은 어떻게 구성되는가? 그리고 초등특수교육 전공 역량의 측정합적 적합도는 타당한가?’ 이다. 방법 초등특수교육 전공능력에 대한 구인과 하위 구인을 내부 전문가 타당도 등을 통하여 확정하고, 문항을 개발하였고, 외부 전문가 2명에게 타당도 검증을 거쳐 문항을 완성하였다. 총 75개의 문항이 개발되어 K대학교에 재학중인 예비 특수교사 1~4학년 학생들 103명을 대상으로 검사를 실시하였다. 검사 결과를 바탕으로 기술 통계분석, 확인적, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도, 타당도 분석을 수행하였다. 결과 전공지식, 전공실무, 전공응용 세 영역을 중심으로 총 75개의 문항에 대한 요인분석 결과 KMO 값이 0.8-0.89로 꽤 좋은 편이었고, 주성분 분석으로 실시한 결과 총 6개의 성분으로 묶였다. 또한 구조방정식을 통한 모델의 부합도를 평가하기 위해 연구모형을 제시하고, 적합도 지수를 통하여 초등특수교육과 전공 역량의 적합도를 검증하여 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 도출하였다. 학년별 분석결과, 학년이 높아짐에 따라 전공능력의 값은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 초등특수교육 전공능력을 진단하는 검사도구를 최초로 개발하고 이를 타당화하는 과정에 대한 연구를 통하여 특수교육 분야에 기여할 의미와 의의, 그리고 제한점 등을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to develop an elementary special education major ability diagnostic tool and to confirm the validity of the questions and tests. The two research questions for this study are ‘How are the sub-structures of elementary school special education major competencies structured? And is the measurable fit of the special education major competency valid?’. Methods Recruitment and sub-requirement for special education major ability in elementary school were confirmed through internal expert validity, etc. A total of 75 questions were developed and the test was conducted on 103 students of 1st to 4th grades of preparatory special education teachers attending K University. Based on the test results, descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis, reliability, and validity analysis were performed. Results As a result of factor analysis for a total of 75 questions centered on the three areas of major knowledge, major practice, and major application, the KMO value was quite good, 0.8-0.89, and as a result of principal component analysis, a total of 6 components were grouped. In addition, a research model was presented to evaluate the fit of the model through the structural equation, and the fit of elementary school special education and major competency was verified through the fit index, and statistically significant results were derived. As a result of analysis by grade level, it was found that the value of major ability increased as grade level increased. Conclusions Through research on the process of developing and validating a test tool for diagnosing elementary school special education major ability for the first time, the meaning, significance, and limitations of special education were suggested.
