국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나19로 인한 비대면 수업 상황에서 대학생들의 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 교수 및 학생 상호작용, 자기주도 적 학습능력, 학습참여도간의 관계를 파악하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 수도권 소재 D대학에서 비대면 수업에 참여한 재학생 중에서 할당(quota)표본 추출방법을 사용하여 선정한 1,352명을 대상으로 하여 2020년 하계방학 중에 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하였으며 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구에 대한 결과 대학생의 비대면 수업의 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교수와의 상호작용, 학습참여도, 학습자간 상호작용, 자기주도적 학습능력 순으로 나타났다. 교수와의 상호작용이 높을수록, 학습참여도가 높을수록, 학습자간 상호작용이 높을수록 학습만족도는 높은 것으로 나타났고 설명력은 36.4%이었다. 결론 비대면 수업이 이루어질 경우, 학습자의 학습만족도를 높이기 위해서는 다양한 방식으로 교수-학생강의 상호작용을 높일 수 있는 수업전략으로 학습자의 수업참여도를 높여야 할뿐만 아니라 학습자의 자기수도 학습이 마련될 수 있도록 학사관리 및 수업운영 전략도 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between professor and student interaction, self-directed learning ability, and learning participation among the factors that affect the learning satisfaction of college students in the context of untact lectures caused by COVID-19. Methods Among the enrolled students who participated in the untact lecture at D University, the study subjects were selected using the allocation sampling method. Data were collected during the 2020 summer vacation with 1,352 subjects. Data was performed using the SPSS 26.0 program and analyzed through multiple regression analysis. Results As a result of this study, the factors affecting the learning satisfaction of untact lectures of university students were in the order of interaction with professors, learning participation, interaction between learners, and self-directed learning ability. In conclusion, it was found that the higher the interaction with the professor, the higher the learning participation, and the higher the interaction between learners, the higher the learning satisfaction. Conclusions In the case of untact lecture, in order to increase the learning satisfaction of learners, it is necessary to increase learners participation in class with a teaching strategy that can enhance the interaction between professor and student lectures in various ways. In addition, academic management and class management strategies will also be needed to prepare learners self-study.
