e-PBL 수업이 문제해결능력, 협력적 자기효능감, ARCS 학습동기, 학습성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 교직교과목에 e-PBL을 적용한 수업모형으로 운영한 후 학습의 성과를 분석하는 것이다. 방법 이러한 연구목적을 살펴보기 위하여 교육심리학 수업에 e-PBL을 적용한 수업모형을 개발하고 수강생 30명을 대상으로 수업전과 수업후의 문제해결능력, 협력적 자기효능감, ARCS 학습동기, 학습성과의 차이를 살펴보았다. 또한, e-PBL수업에 대한 개선방안을 도출하기 위하여 수업에 대한 심층면담을 실시했다. 결과 연구결과 첫째, e-PBL 수업전보다 수업후에 학습자의 문제해결능력, 협력적 자기효능감, ARCS 학습동기의 대부분의 하위요인이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, e-PBL 수업에 대한 만족도와 인지된 학습성과는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, e-PBL 수업에 대한 1)학습상황 분석, 2) 필요성과 효과에 대한 인식, 3)교육내용 및 방법. 4) 성찰 및 활용(개선)방안의 요인에 대한 심층면담이 수행되었다. 결론 이 연구는 교직교과목에서 e-PBL 수업설계 및 운영에서 고려해야 하는 교육적 시사점을 제공했다는데 의의를 지닌다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze learning outcomes of teaching professional subjects with an e-PBL(e-Problem Based Learning) Model. Methods To accomplish this purpose, the e-PBL teaching-learning design model was developed and applied for 30 students who completed the Educational Psychology class in the second semester of 2020. I analyzed the differences between before and after class with e-PBL on problem solving ability, collaborative self efficiency, ARCS Learning Motivation, and Learning Outcomes. Results To analyze difference of two time points, the results that analyzed the independent t test were as follows. First, the effects of the problem solving ability, collaborative self efficiency, and ARCS Learning Motivation of the students who took the teaching class with a e-PBL model improved. Second, the satisfaction and learning outcomes with the e-PBL class were very high. Third. this study also presents students’ opinions about the teaching and learning environment, the importance and effectiveness of the class, the learning contents and method, and suggestions for implications through the in-depth interviews. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it provided educational implications that should be considered in the design and operation of e-PBL programs of teaching professional subjects.
