청소년의 아동학대 경험, 우울 및 불안이 자살사고에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 중학생의 아동학대 경험, 우울 및 불안이 자살사고의 관계를 통해 중학생의 자살사고를 높이는 부정적인 영향과 자아존중감의 긍정적인 영향을 확인하여 중학생의 자살사고를 줄일 수 있도록 돕고자 진행되었고, 중학생의 아동학대 경험과 자살사고의 관계에서 우울 및 불안 및 자아존중감의 예방적 기능을 확인하기 위해 실시되었다. 이는 아동기 학대경험으로 인해 내재화된 우울이나 불안이 자살사고에 미치는 부정적 영향을 줄이기 위한 방안을 마련하기 위한 것이다. 방법 본 연구 대상자는 2019년 공개된 13차 년도 한국복지패널에 참가한 중학생 총 391명의 자료를 활용하였다. 결과 연구결과 첫째, 아동학대 경험, 자살사고 간에 우울 및 불안의 매개효과가 유의하였으며, 완전매개효과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 아동학대 경험, 자살사고 간에 우울 및 불안을 통한 자아존중감의 매개된 조절효과가 유의하였다. 이는 자아존중감이 높을수록 우울 및 불안이 자살사고로 가는 직접 영향이 적어짐을 의미한다. 결론 이를 바탕으로 자살사고를 감소하기 위한 구체적인 힘을 길러주기 위해 필요한 우울 및 불안과 자아존중감의 기능을 확인함으로써 중학생의 자살사고를 감소시키기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to help middle school students reduce suicide accidents by identifying the negative effects of increasing middle school students suicide accidents and the positive effects of self-esteem through the relationship between suicidal thoughts, depression and anxiety of middle school students and confirm the preventive function of depression and anxiety, and self-esteem in the relationship between child abuse experiences and suicide Ideation of middle school students. This is to prepare a plan to reduce the negative effects of depression or anxiety internalized by childhood abuse experiences on suicide Ideation. Methods The subjects of this study used the data of a total of 391 middle school students who participated in the 13th Korean Welfare Panel released in 2019. Results As a result of the study, first, there was significant mediating effect of depression and anxiety between child abuse experiences and suicidal Ideation, and showed a complete mediating effect. Second, there was significant mediated moderating effect of self-esteem through depression and anxiety between child abuse experiences and suicide Ideation. This means that the higher self-esteem directly influenced the less depression and anxiety to suicide Ideation. Conclusions The purpose of this study was to suggest a plan to reduce suicide Ideation in middle school students by identifying the functions of depression, anxiety, and self-esteem necessary to develop specific strength to reduce suicide Ideation.
