간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 코로나19로 임상실습이 교내실습 또는 온라인실습으로 바뀜에 따라 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향과 불안의 매개효과를 파악하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 J시, C시 소재 간호대학생 172명으로 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 2021년 2월 10일부터 2월 20일까지 자기주도 학습능력, 불안, 임상수행능력을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Regression analysis로 분석하였고, 매개효과의 유의성 검증을 위해 sobel test을 이용하였다. 결과 지난 1년간 임상실습형태는 병원과 교내실습의 병행한 경우가 79.1%이었고, 임상실습 총 13.5주 중 병원과 교내실습의 병행한 경우가 약 10주 동안 이루어졌다. 자기주도 학습능력과 임상수행능력은 유의한 정적 상관관계, 자기주도 학습능력과 불안 및 불안과 임상수행능력은 유의한 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 자기주도 학습능력은 임상수행능력에 β=.59 정도의 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 불안이 개입되었을 때는 β=.49 정도로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 불안의 부분매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 따라서, 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력이 증가하면 불안이 감소되어 임상수행능력이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 코로나19 상황에서 교내실습, 온라인수업이 장기화가 예상되며 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 자기주도 학습능력을 높일 수 있는 방안이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of self-directed learning ability on clinical competence and mediating effect of anxiety among nursing students. Methods The subjects were 172 nursing students located in J City and C city from Feb 10th to Feb 20th, and measured the self-directed leaning ability, anxiety and clinical competence using questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program. The sobel test was used for the significance of mediating effect. Results The results of this study, the form of clinical practice during the past 1 year were 79.1% of the cases combined with hospital and school practice. Total duration of clinical practice were 13.5 weeks, of which about 10 weeks were combined hospital and school practice. There was a significant positive correlation between self-directed learning ability and clinical competence, and significant negative correlation between self-directed learning ability and anxiety and clinical competence and anxiety. Self-directed learning ability had a significant effect β=.59 on clinical competence. Anxiety was involved, it had a significant effect β=.49. It was confirmed partial mediating effect of anxiety. Conclusions Therefore, it was founded that the self-directed learning ability of nursing students increased, anxiety decreased and clinical competence improved. Due to COVID-19, it is expected that school practice and online practice is prolonged. So it is needed to increase the self-directed learning ability in order to improve the clinical competence of nursing students.
