보육교사의 사회적 지지와 인간관계가 조직건강에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 보육교사가 지각한 동료의 사회적 지지와 인간관계가 조직건강에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해 B, K, J시에 소재한 어린이집에 근무 중인 보육교사 227명을 대상으로 동료의 사회적 지지, 인간관계, 조직건강을 측정하였으며, 상관분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 그 결과 첫째, 보육교사의 사회적 지지, 인간관계, 조직건강은 보통 이상의 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 사회적 지지와 인간관계 및 조직건강 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 마지막으로 보육교사가 인식하는 조직건강에 원장관계, 정서적 지지, 동료관계, 학부모관계 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 따라서 본 연구는 어린이집의 조직건강을 위해 보육교사의 사회적 지지와 대인관계와 같은 심리사회환경을 고려한 지원방안 모색이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to investigate the influence of social support and interpersonal relationship perceived by child care teachers on organizational health. Methods The subjects in this study were 227 child care teachers working at child centers located in the city B, K, J. Scales were used to measure social support, interpersonal relationship, organizational health. The collected data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis organizational health. Results As a result, first, child teachers’ social support, interpersonal relationship, organizational health were above average. Second, there were a significant positive correlation between child care teachers’ social support, interpersonal relationship, organizational health. Lastly, it was found that organizational health perceived by child care teachers was influenced in the order of director relations, emotional support, co-worker relations, and parent relations. Conclusions Therefore, this study suggests that seeking a support plan that considers the psychosocial environment such as social support and interpersonal relations of child care teachers for the organizational health of day care centers.
