대학생용 다면적 학습역량 진단 검사(MLCT) 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생의 학습역량을 다면적으로 파악하여 자기주도적 학습을 돕기 위한 진단도구를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이 주된 목적이다. 방법 이를 위해서 선행연구 분석을 통해 학습역량의 상위요인을 구성한 후, 델파이조사를 실시하여 하위요인을 도출하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 선정된 학습역량 구성요인을 바탕으로 91개의 예비 진단문항을 개발해 전문가들에게 내용타당성을 검증하였다. 53명의 대학생들에게 예비조사를 거쳐 기초문항분석을 실시한 후, 792명의 대학생들을 대상으로 본조사를 실시해 구성요인의 타당도와 문항의 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 결과 대학생의 다면적 학습역량 진단도구(MLCT)는 동기 차원에 내재동기, 외재동기, 자기효능감, 목표설정, 의지통제를 측정하는 22문항, 인지 차원에는 수업집중전략, 인지학습전략, 창의적 문제해결을 측정하는 17문항, 행동 차원에는 성실성, 학습습관, 학습자원활용을 측정하는 15문항, 정서 차원에는 우울, 학습불안, 학업스트레스를 측정하는 18문항, 환경 차원에는 교수자의 지지, 또래관계, 학습환경을 측정하는 11문항의 총 83문항으로 구성된 진단도구가 개발되었다. 결론 본 연구에서 타당화한 다면적 학습역량 진단도구는 학생 스스로 입학부터 졸업까지 지속적이며 단계적으로 자신의 학습역량을 확인해 자기주도적인 학습계획 수립에 기초자료로 활용 가능하며, 더 나아가 대학에서 학생들의 성공적인 대학생활을 할 수 있도록 맞춤형 학습지원체계 마련에 유용한 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop and validate diagnostic test to understanding of learning competency for university students. Methods For this, the study constructed the factors of learning competency through the analysis of previous studies, and then conducted a Delphi survey on experts to derive the sub-factors. Based on the selected learning competency factors, preliminary diagnostic items were developed to verify the content validity of the experts. After conducting preliminary surveys and analyzing basic items to 53 students, the validation and reliability of the consturcts were verified by conducting CFA with data obtained through the main survey with 792 students. Results As a result, the MLCT measured 22 items for intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, self-efficacy, goal setting, and volitional control in the motivation level, 17 items for measuring class concentration strategy, cognitive learning strategy, and creative problem solving in the cognitive level, 15 items for measuring diligence, learning habits, and use of learning resources in the behavioral level, and 18 items for measuring depression, learning anxiety, and academic stress in the emotional level. Lastly, 11 items for measuring support of instructor, peer relationship, and learning environment in the environment level. Conclusions Through the MLCT validated in this study, university students can gradually check their learning competency from admission to graduation and provide basic data for self-directed learning. Furthermore, the university can use it to plan customized learning support so that students can have a successful university life.
