시각장애인을 위한 동영상 기반 가슴압박소생술 교육방법 제안

국문 초록

본 연구는 질병관리본부에서 제시하고 있는 가슴압박소생술 교육 동영상이 일반인과 중증시각장애인에게 동일한 교육효과를 나타내는지 분석하여 시각장애인에게 최적화된 교육방법을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2017년 12월 1일부터 2020년 1월 11일까지 수집되었고, 연구대상은 중증시각장애 대학생 21명, 비장애 대학생 21명 총 42명이며, 가슴압박소생술 교육 전·후의 가슴압박자신감, 술기정확도, 교육 후 중증시각장애의 실기수행 불편요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 두 군 모두 가슴압박자신감과 깊이, 이완, 위치 선정, 속도의 정확도는 유의하게 향상되었고, 평균속도는 교육 전·후 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았지만 권장 속도로 수행하였다. 시각장애인의 실기 수행 불편요인으로는 심정지의 인지, 호흡유무의 확인 불편감이 있었다. 따라서 시각장애인이 심정지의 인지를 명확히 확인 할 수 있도록 안면 및 흉부를 촉진하여 심정지를 인지하고 호흡과 맥박을 동시에 확인하는 방법이 포함된 동영상 교육방법의 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose a method of education optimized for people with visual impairment by analyzing whether the video of hands-only cardiopulmonary resuscitation education presented by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows the same educational effect for the general public and the severe visual impairment. This study data were collected from December 1, 2017 to January 11, 2020, 42 students are subject to the study, with 21 students with severe visual impairment and 21 non-disabled, were studied to analyze the confidence and accuracy of chest compression before and after the hands-only cardiopulmonary resuscitation education training. As a result of the study, the accuracy of chest compression confidence, depth, relaxation, site selection and speed were significantly improved in both groups, The average speed was not significantly different before and after the training, but was performed at the recommended speed. Uncomfortable factors in performing practical skills a visually impaired included the recognition of cardiac arrest and the confirmation of the presence or absence of breath. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a video education method that includes ways to recognize cardiac arrest and check both breathing and pulse at the same time by touch the facial and chest areas so that the visual impairment person can clearly confirm the recognition of cardiac arrest.
