예비체육교사의 체육교과 신념 유형 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 예비체육교사의 체육교과 신념에 대한 유형과 특성을 분석하는데 있었다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 주관성 연구방법인 Q방법론을 이용하였다. 연구대상자는 교육대학 및 사범대학에서 체육교육 수업을 듣는 예비체육교사를 모집단으로 하였으며, Q방법론의 소표본 이론에 근거하여 34명의 예비체육교사를 선정하였다. 조사도구인 Q표본은 예비체육교사 77명을 대상으로 개방형 설문지를 활용하여 진술문을 작성하였으며, 최초 30개의 진술문 중 응답문항에 의미가 어렵거나 중복되는 문항을 수정 및 삭제하여 최종적으로 22개의 진술문이 선정되었다. 자료처리는 QUANL program을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 연구결과는 다음 내용과 같다. 예비체육교사의 체육교과 신념 유형은 소통형, 흥미유발 참여형, 학생중심 참여형 총 3개의 유형으로 분석되었다. 첫째, 소통형은 학생들과의 상호작용을 통하여 체육수업에 대한 흥미를 촉진시키는 유형이다. 둘째, 흥미유발 참여형은 즐거움과 흥미 유발을 통하여 체육수업의 참여도를 높이고 전형적인 체육수업 방식이 아닌 흥미위주의 체육수업을 선호하는 유형이다. 셋째, 학생중심 참여형은 학생에 대한 존중과 신뢰를 바탕으로 참여형 수업을 선호하며, 다양한 종목의 경험보다는 적은 종목에 대한 전문성을 형성하는 것을 중요하게 생각하는 유형이다. 이러한 연구결과는 예비교사교육현장에서 예비교사를 지도하는데 있어 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analysis of physical educational belief types and characteristic about physical education belief of pre-teacher’s. In order to meet the purpose of this study, Q methodology was employed. Subjects consisted of pre-teacher registered in Department of Physical Education. 34 pre-teachers were selected according to the Q methodology small sample theory. Q-sampling, the measuring instrument, collected the open-ended questions materials and statements from 77 pre-teachers. The Q-population consisted of 30 statements to be collected out of which 22 Q-samples were selected. The result of Q-sorting were coded and analysed using QUANL pc program. The result is as follows. There are 3 types in student-athletes’s training types. First, the communicative belief type promotes interest in physical education classes through interaction with students. Second, the interest-induced participatory type is a type that increases the participation of physical education class through pleasure and interest and prefers the sports class based on interest rather than the typical physical education method. Third, the student-centered class belief type prefers participatory classes based on respect and trust in students, and thinks that it is important to form professionalism for a few items rather than experience in various items.
