유아교사의 마음챙김과 회복탄력성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 마음챙김과 회복탄력성 및 직무만족도의 관계를 알아보고 유아교사의 마음챙김과 회복탄력성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 전라북도 J시, I시, G시에 소재한 유아교육기관에 재직 중인 교사 246명이다. 연구결과 유아교사의 마음챙김은 현재자각, 비판단적 수용, 주의집중, 탈중심적 주의 순으로 높게 나타났고 회복탄력성은 긍정성, 대인관계능력, 자기조절능력 순으로 높게 나타났다. 직무만족도는 동료와의 관계, 원장과의 관계, 직무자체의 특성, 근무환경, 보수와 승진의 기회 순으로 높게 나타났다. 유아교사의 마음챙김과 회복탄력성 및 직무만족도는 전체적으로 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유아교사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 마음챙김과 회복탄력성의 요인은 긍정성, 현재자각, 대인관계능력으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 유아교사의 마음챙김과 회복탄력성, 직무만족도 간에는 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있고 유아교사의 마음챙김과 회복탄력성이 직무만족도를 높이는데 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between early childhood teacher s mindfulness, recovery-resilience and job satisfaction and to examine the effects of early childhood teacher s mindfulness and resilience on job satisfaction. The subjects of the study were 246 teachers who were in early childhood educational institutions in J city, I city, G city in Jeollabuk - do. The results showed that the mindfulness of early childhood teachers was higher in order of self - awareness, criticism acceptance, attention, and decentralized order. Resilience was higher in order of positive, interpersonal relationship, self - control ability. Job satisfaction was higher in order of relationship with colleagues, relationship with the director, characteristics of job itself, working environment, opportunity of compensation and promotion. There was a significant positive correlation between the mindfulness, recovery resilience and job satisfaction of early childhood teachers. The factors of mindfulness and recovery resilience affecting job satisfaction of early childhood teachers were positivity, present self - awareness, interpersonal ability. This study shows that there is a close relationship between early childhood teacher s mindfulness, resilience, and job satisfaction, and that early childhood teacher s mindfulness and resilience affect job satisfaction.
