대학생의 진로사정을 위한 모바일 직업카드검사개발 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학의 진로교육이 집단상담과 온라인 수업으로 진행되는 환경에서 모바일 직업카드검사 개발의 필요성을 제기하면서 관련 직업상담 전문가의 요구도 분석을 토대로 모바일 직업카드검사 앱을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 관련 전문가 10명을 일대일로 인터뷰하여 요구도 분석을 실시하였고, 소프트웨어 개발 생명주기 방법론의 순차적 모델과 모바일 애플리케이션 개발 생명주기 모델을 기반으로 5단계 과정을 거쳐 모바일 직업카드 검사를 개발하였다. 첫째, 분석 단계는 전문가 그룹을 통해 직업카드 활용의 어려움 및 개선사항 등 요구도 분석을 실시하고 개발 구현에 필요한 기능을 결정하였다. 둘째, 설계 단계는 직업카드를 선정하고 요구사항 분석을 통해 기획, DB 및 알고리즘 개발, UI/UX 상호작용 기능을 설계하였다. 셋째, 구현 단계는 모바일 직업카드검사를 개발하고 실시간 검사결과가 반영되도록 구현하였다. 넷째, 평가 단계는 모바일 직업카드검사 앱에 대한 기능개선 및 사용성을 분석하고 모바일 휴리스틱 도구 기반으로 평가하였다. 다섯째, 보완 및 수정 단계는 평가에서의 문제점을 고려하여 분류과정에서의 기능 및 UI/UX 등을 전면 개선하고 재반영하였다. 이에 본 연구는 직업카드검사 개발함으로써 모바일 세대에 맞는 진로사정도구의 가능성을 탐색하였으며, 향후 진로교육 및 직업상담 분야에서 다양한 검사들이 모바일 버전으로 개발 될 수 있는 가능성을 열었다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a mobile job card test app based on the analysis of the needs of related job counseling experts, raising the necessity of developing a mobile job card test in an environment where career education of universities is conducted through group counseling and online classes. For this purpose, the demand analysis was conducted through interviews of 10 vocational counseling experts, and a mobile vocational card test was developed through 5steps based on the sequential model of software development life cycle methodology and the mobile application development life cycle model. First, the analysis stage was conducted through the expert group to analyze the needs such as inconveniences and improvements, and determined the functions necessary for development implementation. Second, the design stage was selected by vocational card and the design, DB and algorithm development, and UI/UX interaction function were designed through the analysis of requirements. Third, the implementation stage was to develop a mobile vocational card test and to reflect the results of the real-time test. Fourth, the evaluation stage was analyzed for the improvement and usability of the mobile vocational card test and evaluated based on mobile heuristic tools. Fifth, the supplement and modification phase was fully improved and reflected in the classification process considering the problems in the evaluation. Therefore, this study has its significance in that it explored the possibility of career assessment according to mobile generation by developing the vocational card test as an app, and opened the possibility that various tests can be developed as a mobile version in future career education and career counseling field.
