초심상담자의 직무스트레스가 역전이 관리능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 초심상담자의 직무스트레스가 역전이 관리능력과의 관계에서 자기조절능력과 수퍼바이저 지지의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 전국의 초심상담자 313명을 대상으로 온라인 및 오프라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 빈도분석과 상관분석을 실시하였고, 3단계 중다회귀분석 및 Sobel test를 통해 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변인 간 상관분석 결과, 직무스트레스와 자기조절양식과는 부적상관을, 의지적 억제양식과는 정적상관을 보였으며, 수퍼바이저 지지, 역전이 관리능력과는 부적상관을 보였다. 또한 자기조절양식과 수퍼바이저 지지, 역전이 관리능력은 부적상관을 보였고, 수퍼바이저 지지와 역전이 관리능력은 정적상관을 나타내었다. 한편, 의지적 억제양식과 역전이 관리능력은 상관을 보이지 않았다. 다음으로 자기조절양식과 수퍼바이저 지지는 초심상담자의 직무스트레스와 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 모두 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 초심상담자가 직무스트레스를 받더라도 스스로 상담 과정에서 일어나는 내적 반응을 조절할 수 있는 능력이 있거나 수퍼바이저로부터 지지를 받는다면 상담 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 역전이 관리능력이 향상될 가능성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the mediating effects of self-regulatory ability and supervisor supports on the relationship between novice counselor s job stress and countertransference management ability. To this end, we surveyed 313 novice counselors. The collected data were put into frequency analysis, correlation analysis using SPSS 22.0 program, three-stage multiple regression analysis and Sobel test for verifying the mediating effects. The analysis results of this study were as follows.: First, this study revealed that there was the negative correlation between job stress of novice counselors and self-regulatory style, supervisor supports, and countertransference management ability. And this revealed that there was the positive correlation between job stress of novice counselors and volitional inhibition mode. In addition, this found that there was the negative correlation between self-regulatory style and supervisor support, countertransference management ability. Also, this confirmed that there was the positive correlation between supervisor supports and countertransference management abilitys. Secondly, this study found that self-regulatory mode and supervisor supports completely mediated in the relationship between the novice counselor s job stress and countertransference management ability. Finally, this study suggests that even if the novice counselors are stressed in their work, they would improve their countertransference management ability if they had self -regulatory style and supervisor supports.
