국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 기업가정신을 진단하고 교육의 효과를 높이기 위해 청소년 기업가정신의 측정에 대한 중요성을 기술하고 타당한 척도를 개발하는 데 있다. 청소년 기업가정신 척도를 개발하기 위하여 문헌 연구 및 2회의 전문가 FGI(Focus Group Interview)와 3회의 델파이(Delphi) 조사를 통해 조작적 정의를 도출하여 72개의 예비문항을 구성하였다. 이후 전국 중·고등학생 모집단에서 지역 및 설립 구분을 기준으로 비례 배분하여 학교별 모든 학년의 1개 반씩 총 3개 반, 총 78개교, 5,074명에게 자료를 수집하여 문항의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 개발된 척도는 청소년의 효과적이고 실천적인 기업가정신 함양을 위한 기존 정책의 효과성을 검토하고 바람직한 정책 방향을 제시하는 데 활용될 수 있다. 아울러 청소년 기업가정신 교육의 효과성을 검증하고 교육 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 개발의 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The main purpose of this study is to describe the importance of measuring the entrepreneurship of adolescents and increasing the educational effectiveness and to develop appropriate measures to diagnose entrepreneurship of adolescents. In order to develop the entrepreneurship scale for adolescents, 72 preliminary items were developed by deriving operational definitions through literature review and two rounds of FGI (Focus Group Interview) and three rounds of Delphi with experts. For validation of the items, a total of 3 classes of each school were sampled by proportionately distributed by school based on the regional and establishment types in the national middle and high school student population. The data from 78 schools and 5,074 people were collected to verify the reliability and validity of the scale. The developed scale from this study can be used to examine the effectiveness of existing policies and to suggest desirable policy directions for effective and practical entrepreneurship development for adolescents. Moreover, the scale is expected to be used to verify the effectiveness of adolescents entrepreneurship education and can be used as a guideline for the development of educational programs and contents.
