다문화 청소년의 교사관계가 우울 및 사회적 위축에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 교사관계가 우울과 사회적 위축에 미치는 영향에서 자아탄력성과 문화적응 스트레스의 매개효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 한국청소년정책연구원 「다문화 청소년 패널조사」5차년도(2015) 패널데이터의 중학교 2학년 1,348명을 대상으로 경로모형 분석을 통해 영향력과 부트스트랩으로 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과를 제시하면, 첫째, 우울은 교사관계, 자아탄력성과는 부적 상관관계가 나타난 반면, 문화적응 스트레스와는 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 사회적 위축은 교사관계, 자아탄력성과는 부적 상관관계가 나타난 반면, 문화적응 스트레스와는 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 교사관계는 우울에 직접적인 영향을 주며, 자아탄력성과 문화적응 스트레스를 매개로 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 교사관계는 사회적 위축에 직접적인 영향을 주며, 자아탄력성과 문화적응 스트레스를 매개로 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 교사관계가 우울과 사회적 위축에 영향을 주는 과정에서 자아탄력성과 문화적응 스트레스가 부분매개하며, 문화적응 스트레스는 이중매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 다문화 청소년의 우울과 사회적 위축을 완화시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시한다는 점에서 의의를 가질 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the mediated effects of self-resiliency and acculturation stress about the impact of multicultural adolescents relationships with teachers on depression and social withdrawal. For this, 1,348 middle school sophomores of the fifth year(2015) panel data of the Korea Youth Policy Institute 「Multicultural Adolescents Panel Research」using the SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs were selected to verify the mediated effects of influence and bootstrap through the path model analysis. First, while depression was negatively correlated with the relations with teachers and self-resiliency, it was positively correlated with acculturation stress. While social withdrawal was negatively correlated with the relations with teachers and self-resiliency, it was positively correlated with acculturation stress. Second, the relations with teachers had a direct effect on depression, and it had an indirect effect by the medium of self-resiliency and acculturation stress. Relations with teachers had a direct effect on social withdrawal, and it had an indirect effect by the medium of self-resiliency and acculturation stress. In other words, in the process of relationships with teachers affecting depression and social withdrawal, self-resiliency and acculturation stress mediated in parts, and acculturation stress mediated in double. It can be meaningful in that it suggests ways to relieve the depression and social withdrawal of multicultural adolescents based on the results of this study.
