긍정적 행동지원의 지속 가능한 실행을 위한 문헌 고찰

국문 초록

PBIS는 사회적으로 의미있는 행동의 변화를 성취하기 위하여 긍정적인 행동중재 프로그램과 시스템을 적용하는 것으로 국내외 학교차원의 PBIS 적용이 점차 확대되어 가고 있다. 이 연구에서는 미국 장애인교육법(IDEA)에서 PBIS의 법제화가 실시된 1997년부터 2018년 3월까지 국내에서 발표된 PBIS의 실험연구를 대상으로 선정기준에 따라 81편의 논문을 일반적인 특성으로 분석하였으며, 21편의 보편적 중재의 운영체제와 협력체제를 분석하였다. 보편적 중재의 운영체제의 실행요소에서 21편 연구 모두 규칙, 환경의 재구조화, 강화체계를 실시하였으며, 한편, 실행을 위한 예산을 확보하였다는 내용을 기술한 연구는 없었고, 실행에 대한 직원의 보상은 1편으로 나타났다. 평가와 관련하여 리더십팀의 구성은 21편, 직원연수를 실행한 연구는 20편인 반면 전 교직원의 합의가 이루어진 연구는 5편, 협의회를 실행한 연구는 13편, 가정과 연계한 연구는 4편으로 나타났다. 실행평가로 학생의 변화에 대한 평가는 16편, 직원 만족도는 7편, 가족 및 지역사회의 인식도는 4편으로 나타났다. PBIS의 효과적인 실행을 통한 지속가능성 확보는 교사의 지식과 팀 구성원 간 협력을 강조하고 있으며, 이에 현재 보편적 중재를 적용한 PBIS의 실행의 구성요소를 확인하여 PBIS의 실행 과 지속가능성을 위한 현장 적용의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

PBIS applies a positive behavioral intervention program and system to achieve socially meaningful behavioral changes, and the application of PBIS at schools both at home and abroad is gradually expanding. Therefore, it was intended to carefully analyze the course of implementation of PBIS based on the studies of PBIS conducted in Korea to find measures for actual domestic application of PBIS and sustainability. In this study, 81 articles of the PBIS were published in Korea from 1997 to 2018, when the PBIS was legislated in the American Disabled Education Act (IDEA) Operating system and cooperation system. In the element of implementation of the universal arbitration operating system, all of the twenty-one studies carried out the rules, the restructuring of the environment, and the reinforcement system, while there was no study describing that the budget for execution was secured, One. In terms of the evaluation, there were 21 items for the leadership team and 20 for the employee training, while 5 for all the staff, 13 for the council, and 4 for the family. The performance assessment included 16 assessments of student changes, 7 reviews of employee satisfaction, and 4 reviews of family and community awareness. The PBIS implementation feasibility and sustainability emphasizes the knowledge of the teachers and the cooperation between the team members. We identify the components of the implementation of the PBIS applying the universal interventions and identify the directions of PBIS implementation and sustainability in the field. Respectively.
