간호대학생의 다문화 지식과 태도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 다문화 지식과 결혼이주여성에 대한 태도 정도를 확인하기 위해 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 방법은 K도 대학의 간호대학생 452명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였으며, IRB의 승인을 받아 2017년 11월 6일부터 2017년 11월 24일까지 시행하였다. 자료 분석은 spss/win 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 다문화 지식은 13점 만점에 0.52점으로 매우 낮은 점수를 보였고, 결혼이주여성에 대한 태도는 평균 5점 만점에 2.88점이었다. 다문화에 대한 지식과 태도는 정의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 하부영역별로 수용, 신뢰감, 관심도는 정적 상관관계, 편견, 배타감은 부적 상관관계로 나타났다. 또한, 외국어 수준, 다문화 간호교육 경험 및 배타감 요인은 다문화 지식을 14.5% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 의의는 문화적 역 량을 갖춘 간호사 배출을 위해 간호대학생들의 다문화 지식과 태도 정도를 확인하고, 이를 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 접근과 교육프로그램을 개발을 위한 이론적 근거를 제시했다는 데 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the correlation coefficient of knowledge about multicultural, and attitude toward marriage immigrant women in korea by nursing students. The research method was descriptive study. The study subjects were 452 students in nursing colleges located in K-do. A questionnaire survey was conducted from November 6 to November 24, 2017 after getting approval by the IRB. Analysis by a t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression of SPSS 17.0 and psoteriori tests by Scheffe wewe performed. The results of the study, mean knowledge about multicultural was 0.52 out of 13 and the mean attitudes toward marriage immigrant women was 2.88 out of 5. Factor affecting attitudes toward marriage immigrant women were age. There was a positive correlation between knowledge and attitudes about multicultural. In addition, foreign language levels, experiences in multicultural family nursing education, and the sense of exclusion were shown to explain 14.5% of their knowledge of multicultural families.This study is significant in that it identified the degrees of nursing students knowledge and attitudes toward multicultural in order to produce nurses with cultural competency and suggested the rationale for developing diverse approaches and educational programs to improve the foregoing.
