간호대학생의 감사성향, 자아 존중감, 삶의 지향성이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 감사성향, 자아 존중감, 삶의 지향성이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료수집은 J시와 K시, S시에 소재하는 3개의 간호대학에 재학 중인 1～4학년까지의 학생을 대상으로 편의표집 하였으며 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 최종 1,169부로서 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호전문직관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 개인적 특성 변수로는 학년과 전공만족도였으며, 개인적 특성 변수를 통제한 후 감사성향, 자아 존중감, 삶의 지향성 3개의 예측변수를 투입하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향력은 총 31.2%로 나타났다. 그 중에서 감사성향( β =.47, p<.001)이 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤고, 자아 존중감과 삶의 지향성 순으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 바람직한 간호전문직관 확립을 위해 다양한 인문사회학적 소양 교육의 조직적 개입을 통한 감사성향 및 자아 존중감, 삶의 지향성을 강화시키는 노력이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to identify the effects of gratitude disposition, self-esteem, and life orientation of nursing students on nursing professionalism. For this study, the 1st to 4th year nursing students from 3 nursing colleges in J, K and S cities were enrolled through the convenience sampling. The survey period was from April 15th to April 30th, 2017, and a total of 1169 reports were used for the final analysis. Collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The results of this study showed that the variables of individual characteristics affecting nursing professionalism were the year in college and the major satisfaction. Upon performing hierarchical regression analysis with 3 predictive variables of gratitude disposition, self-esteem, and life orientation after controlling individual characteristics, the influence on nursing professionalism was 31.2%. Among them, gratitude disposition (β=47, p<.001) had the most effect, followed by self-esteem and life orientation. Therefore, in order to establish desirable nursing professionalism of nursing students, it is necessary to make efforts for strengthening the gratitude disposition, self-esteem and life orientation through a systematic intervention of various humanities and sociological education.
