예비보육교사의 다문화 감수성과 다문화 교수효능감 간에 문화 가치 인식의 매개효과에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교육현장에서 실행할 다문화 교수행위와 관련하여 예비보육교사가 지닌 다문화 감수성이 다문화 교수효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 이 두 변수와의 관계에서 문화역량의 주요 요인인 자기 및 타인문화 가치인식에 대한 요인의 매개 효과를 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위한 연구모형에는 다문화 감수성의 상호작용 자신도, 자기·타인의 문화 가치인식, 다문화 교수효능감의 인간관계 교수효능감 등의 요인들을 포함하였다. G시에 소재하는 N, H, K 등 3개 대학의 유아교육과 및 사회복지학과에서 보육교사 자격취득을 위한 이수과정 학생 중 4학년 여학생인 예비 보육교사 214명을 대상으로 2인의 연구자가 본 연구의 취지를 직접 설명한 후 설문지를 배부ㆍ수합하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석 결과, 다문화감수성이 다문화 교수효능 감에 미치는 영향이 유의미하였으며, 다문화감수성과 다문화 교수효능감의 관계에서 자기문화 가치인식이 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 타인문화가치인식은 유의미한 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 위와 같은 연구결과는 다문화 감수성의 상호작용 자신도와 자기문화 가치인식 수준을 높임으로써 예비보육교사의 다문화 교수효능감의 인간관계 교수효능감을 증진 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시할 수 있는 기초자료의 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigating the effect of the interaction self-confidence of the multicultural sensitivity of the pre-service childcare teacher on the inter-personal relationship teaching efficacy of multicultural teaching efficacy, and in the relationship between these two variables, identifying the mediating effect of factors on self and other cultural value recognition, which are the main factors of cultural competence. The study model included factors such as interaction self-confidence of multicultural sensitivity, cultural value recognition of self and others, and inter-personal relationship teaching efficacy of multicultural teaching efficacy. In the results of the questionnaire survey on the 214 pre-service childcare teachers who are senior students taking a course for childcare teacher qualification certificate from Child Education Department and Social Welfare Department at N, H, and K universities located in G city, it was found that the effect of multicultural sensitivity on multicultural teaching efficacy was significant, and that in the relationship between the multicultural sensitivity and the multicultural teaching efficacy, the self cultural value recognition had a significant mediating effect. However, other s cultural value recognition did not show a significant mediating effect. Based on this, this study secured the grounds of the basic data to suggest ways to improve the inter personal relationship teaching efficacy of multicultural teaching efficacy of pre-service childcare teachers by raising the level of interaction self-confidence and self-cultural value recognition of multicultural sensitivity.
