국문 초록

본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정의 ‘창의 경영’ 교과목을 바탕으로 시행되고 있는 기업가정신 및 창업교육에 대해 살펴봄으로서 학교 교육과 연계한 지역사회 실천중심 학습으로서의 적용할 수 있는 프로그램의 필요성에 대해서 제시하였다. 최근 4차 산업혁명에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 교육내용과 환경이 변화되고 그에 적합한 새로운 형태의 교육을 강조하고 있다. 이와 같이 기업가정신 및 창업 교육의 경우 창의성과 리더쉽을 바탕으로 실제 청소년들이 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 실천중심의 현장체험의 중요성이 크다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교육과정 분석을 토대로 ‘창의 경영’ 교과에서의 기업가 정신과 창업교육의 교과 내용 및 성취 수준 등을 체계적으로 분석 하였다. 또한 국내․외 청소년 기업가정신 및 창업교육 사례를 토대로 우리나라 지역에 설치된 기관들과 연계할 수 있는 지역사회 기반의 실천 중심 학습의 필요성을 강조하고자 한다.

영문 초록

A youth entrepreneurship education program was developed. The components of the program include the features of entrepreneurship - the meaning of entrepreneurship, the nature of entrepreneurship education and the goals of entrepreneurship (general or class-specific ones) and the content system of entrepreneurship education (education domains and main topics). In particular, the study presented the contents of legislations and ordinances related to entrepreneurship and business start-ups for youth (those in late adolescence) and provided legal and institutional improvement and support measures for the establishment of infrastructure for revitalizing youth entrepreneurship and business start-ups. Based on these results, the study provided policy suggestions for promoting the cultivation of entrepreneurship and business start-ups among the young people as follows: entrepreneurship education linkage and educational condition creation for young people outside schools; entrepreneurship program application and educational condition development according to the operation of the free-learning semester system; the strengthening of business start-up support for youth in late adolescence, the establishment of measures to utilize related institutions in local communities and others.
