국문 초록

이 연구의 주된 목적은 초기 청소년 초등 4, 5, 6학년(n=274)이 인식하는 부모애착 및 또래애착과 내·외현화 문제행동의 관계에서 정서적 공감이 조절효과를 갖는지 분석하는데 있다. 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모애착과 또래애착은 정적 상관관계를 나타내었고, 여학생은 부모․또래애착과 정서적 공감이 정적 상관관계를 나타냈으나 남학생은 그렇지 않았다. 여학생은 부모애착만 내·외현화 문제행동과 부적 상관관계를, 남학생은 부모․또래애착 모두 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 집단 간 차이검증결과, 성별에 따른 정서적 공감수준과 내재화 문제행동 수준에 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 부모애착수준에 따라서 정서적 공감, 내재화, 외현화 문제행동에서 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 또래애착수준에서는 정서적 공감에서만 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 그리고 성별*부모애착수준의 상호작용효과는 정서적 공감에서 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 셋째, 여학생의 정서적 공감이 보통 수준이거나 높은 수준일 경우 부모애착 수준이 높아질수록 내·외현화 문제행동에 미치는 영향을 감소시켜 문제행동을 완화시키는 조절효과를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과와 함께 초기 청소년의 내·외현화 문제행동의 보호요인으로서 정서적 공감과 부모애착, 또래 애착의 중요성에 대하여 논의하고 추후 연구에 대하여 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The study was aimed at fourth, fifth, and sixth graders in early adolescences (n=274) and asked self-reporting methods to measure parental involvement, peer attachment, emotional empathy, internal and external problem behavior. The collected data analyzed whether emotional empathy moderation effect of parent and peer attachment on internal and external problem behavior. The results of the study are as follows. First, parental and peer correlates showed a positive. And female students showed a positive correlation between attachment of parents and peers and emotional empathy, but boys did not. Second, the difference between the level of emotional empathy and internalization problem behavior by gender was significant. Emotional empathy, internal and external problem behavior were significantly different depending on the level of parental attachment. And the interaction effects of the gender*level of parent attachment showed significant differences in emotional empathy. Third, the normal and high levels of emotional empathy showed the moderation effect in relation to the parent attachment and internal/external problem behavior that girls perceive.
