디지털 시대에 최적화된 협력적 문제해결역량 측정도구 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 대학생을 대상으로 디지털 네트워크 환경에서 협력에 의한 문제 해결역량을 측정할 수 있는 측정도구를 개발하고 타당도를 검증하고자 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 이루고자, 먼저 디지털 환경에서의 협력적 문제해결역량과 관련 된 문헌 고찰을 통해 협력적 문제해결역량에 대한 정의와 개념적 틀을 정립하고, 예비문항 초안을 개발하였다. 그 다음, 대학 및 다양한 기관 소속 전문가들로부터 예비 문항 초안에 대하여 타당도 검토를 받아 문항을 수정보완하였다. 2015년 11월 2주간 남녀 대학생들로부터 자료를 수집하고(n=426) 수정보완된 예비문항에 대해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시함으로써 협력적 문제해결역량에 대한 요인의 구조를 탐색하고 요인별 문항을 선정하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 11개의 요인이 도출되었으며 55문항이 선정되었다. 55문항에 대해 2015년 12월 2주간 대학생들로부터 본 검사를 위한 자료를 수집하여(n=602) 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 측정모형은 양호한 적합도를 보였고 문항별 요인부하량, 개념신뢰도, 분산추출지수 모두 양호한 구인타당도에 대한 근거를 제공하였다. 최종적으로 55문항으로 구성된 측정도구를 Collaborative Problem Solving in digital age(d-CPS)로 명명하였고, 이 도구는 협력적 문제해결역량 교육을 위한 실천과 연구 활성화에 기여할 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the collaborative problem solving scale in digital age. Based on the literature review, the draft of the survey items was developed, and then the draft was reviewed by professionals from several universities, Korean government agencies, global companies, and regional educational research institutes. After revising the survey items, the responses were collected from 426 college students, and exploratory factor analysis was employed to identify the dimensions of the construct. As a result, 11 dimensions were identified: defining the problem, planning for collaboration, developing decision making strategies and determining the solution, applying the solution, evaluating and reflecting the results, clear communication and accomplishment, empathy·caring, fairness and feedback, flexible and prompt responses, application of ICT, and use of social technology and digital collaboration tools. 55-items were determined, and another 602 cases were collected from college students in order to perform confirmatory factor analysis. The results supported that the scale was reliable and valid to measure collaborative problem solving competency in digital age, and the scale was named as d-CPS(Collaborative Problem Solving in digital age).
