국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 보육교사의 공감능력과 전문성발달 수준이 교사-영아 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 G광역시에 소재한 국공립, 직장, 민간, 가정어린이집에 재직 중인 보육교사 320명을 대상으로 2024년 1월 2일부터 2024년 1월 26일까지 보육교사의 공감능력과 전문성발달 수준, 교사-영아 상호작용에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 각 변인 간의 상관관계를 분석하기 위해 Pearson의 상관분석을 실시하였고, 변인의 영향력을 분석하기 위해서 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 공감능력과 전문성발달 수준 및 교사-영아 상호작용은 변인간 높은 상관관계가 있음으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 공감능력 및 전문성발달 수준이 교사-영아 상호작용에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과 지식과 기술발달, 자기이해 발달, 인지적 공감은 교사-영아 상호작용 전체에 유의미한 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 교사-영아 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 보육교사의 공감능력과 전문성발달 수준에 대한 변인을 알아봄으로써 보육교사의 공감능력과 전문성을 높이기 위한 방안을 모색하고 교사-영아와 긍정적인 상호작용을 향상시키는 기초 자료가 될 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of teacher’s empathy ability and professional development level on teacher-young child interactions. Methods The purposes of this study, we surveyed 320 young children teachers working at public, workplace, private, and home daycare centers located in G City from January 2, 2024 to January 26, 2024. For the collected data, Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to analyze the correlation between each variable using the SPSS 21.0 program, and multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the influence of the variables. Results The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that there was a high correlation between variables among young children teachers' empathy ability, level of professional development, and teacher-yound child interaction. Second, as a result of analyzing the influence of the young children teacher's level of empathy and professional development on teacher-young child interaction, knowledge and skill development, self-understanding development, and cognitive empathy were found to have a significant influence on the overall teacher-young child interaction. Conclusions Through this study, we sought to find ways to increase the empathy and expertise of young children teachers by examining the variables that affect the teacher-young child interaction and the level of empathy and professional development of young children teachers, and to foster positive interactions between teachers and young children. It can be basic data to improve operation.
