국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 진로탐색학점제참여를 통한 진로활동 경험이 대학생들의 관점과 인식에 어떤 변화를 경험하게 하는 지에 관해 탐색하고자 한다. 방법 이를 위해 K대학교에서 시행하고 있는 진로탐색학점제 활동에 참여한 5명의 대학생들을 대상으로 ‘진로탐색학점제 참여는 어떤 경험을 하게 하였는가?’, ‘진로탐색학점제 참여 경험의 의미는 무엇인가?’라는 질문으로 질적사례연구로 진행하였다. 결과 연구결과 ‘스스로 설계하고 실행하는 진로활동 경험이 관점과 인식에 긍정적 변화’와 ‘자발적 참여경험을 통한 자신감 향상’이라는 핵심구성요소가 도출되었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 얻게 된 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들에게 자기 주도적인 수업설계와 실행을 경험하게 하는 과정들이 필요하다. 둘째, 자기 주도적 활동경험을 통해 대학생들이 흥미를 가질 수 있는 진로교과목의 확대가 필요하다. 셋째, 대학생들이 스스로 계획하고 설계하고 실행하는 프로세스의 적용을 많이 경험 할 수 있는 제도적 장치 마련이 필요하다. 결론적으로 진로와 취업 사이에서 고민하는 대학생들에게 진로탐색학점제와 같이 실제적인 현장중심의 활동경험이나 전공과 상관없는 프로젝트를 스스로 설계하고 실찬 할 수 있는 새로운 진로관련 모델이 지속적으로 개발되고 실시되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study seeks to explore what kind of changes the experience of career activities through participation in the career exploration credit system makes university students experience changes in their perspectives and perceptions. Methods To this end, five university students who participated in the career exploration credit system activities implemented by K University were asked, ‘What kind of experience did participating in the career exploration credit system have?’ and ‘What is the meaning of the experience of participating in the career exploration credit system?’ It was conducted as a case study. Results As a result of the study, core components such as ‘positive change in perspective and perception through the experience of designing and executing career activities by oneself’ and ‘improvement of self-confidence through voluntary participation experience’ were derived. Conclusions The implications obtained through this study are as follows. First, it is necessary to provide college students with experiences of self-directed class design and practice. Second, it is necessary to expand career subjects that college students can be interested in through self-directed activity experiences. Third, it is necessary to prepare an institutional device for university students to experience a lot of application of the process of planning, designing, and executing themselves. In conclusion, it is expected that a new career-related model, such as the career exploration credit system, will be continuously developed and implemented for college students who are struggling between career and employment, so that they can design and realize practical field-oriented activity experiences or projects unrelated to their major.
