대학에서의 온라인 강의 지원 방안 모색

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학 온라인 강의 지원 방안 마련을 위한 연구로써 대학교육 전문가들을 대상으로 온라인 강의 지원 관련 요구를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 방법 ‘온라인 강의 지원 영역 및 하위요소’를 질문의 주요 내용으로 교육전문가 13명에게 조사를 실시하였으며, 계층화분석법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 온라인 강의 지원 영역 관련 항목들을 일대일로 비교하고, 가중치를 산출하여 우선순위를 도출하였다. 결과 첫째, 온라인 강의 지원 영역의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위 분석 결과, 학습관리시스템 및 기자재 지원, 콘텐츠 품질 향상 지원, 교수학습 설계 및 강의 운영 지원 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 교육 관련 전문가 정성 의견 분석 결과, 교수법 특강 프로그램에서는 저작권, 온라인 강의 유형⋅학문 특성 등에 맞춘 맞춤형 교수법 특강에 대한 요구가 주로 나타났다. 그밖에 우수 사례 공유, 실시간 수강의 상호작용 방법, 최신 교수방법에 대한 내용도 도출되었다. 결론 대학에서의 효율적인 온라인 강의 운영을 위해서는 학습관리시스템 및 기자재 지원을 통한 학습 환경 구축, 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 가이드 개발⋅배포, 온라인 강의 유형 및 학문 분야 등을 고려한 차별화된 교수방법 개발과 체계적인 교수 지원 프로그램 제공, 온라인 강의 질 관리 체계 구축 등이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the demand for online lecture support for university education experts as a basic study to prepare a support plan for operating university online lectures. Methods ‘Online lecture support areas and sub-elements’ were the main contents of the question, and 13 professors and learning experts from the university were surveyed and analyzed using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Priorities were derived by comparing sub-elements related to the online lecture support area one-on-one and calculating weights. Results First, as a result of analyzing the relative importance and priority of the online lecture support area, support for the learning management system and equipment, support for content quality improvement, and support for teaching and learning design and course operation were shown in order. Second, as a result of analyzing the qualitative opinions of experts related to online education, the demand for customized special lectures tailored to copyright, online lecture type and academic characteristics were mainly found in the special teaching method program. In addition, information on sharing of best practices, interactive methods of real-time lectures, and the latest teaching methods were derived. Conclusions For the efficient operation of online lectures at universities, the establishment of a learning environment through the learning management system and equipment support, development and distribution of guides for content development, the development of differentiated teaching methods in consideration of online course types and academic fields, and the provision of systematic teaching support programs, the establishment of an online lecture quality management system is required.
