예비체육교사 교육자의 비대면 강의 운영을 통한 교육적 성장의 가치 탐색

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 예비 체육교사교육자의 비대면 강의 운영 과정과 예비교사의 학습 경험의 의미를 탐색하여, 미래 교육의 변화에 따른 효과적인 비대면 예비교사교육 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 방법 본 연구는 교사교육자의 반성과 변화의 가치에 집중하는 셀프연구이다. 이에 본 강좌의 교사교육자는 연구자인 ‘나’와 ○○대학교 체육교수법을 수강하는 예비교사 3학년 재학생을 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 그리고 교사교육자의 수업일지와 예비교사의 반성일지를 연구자료로 사용하였다. 자료분석은 Spradley(1979)의 영역분석과 분류분석 방법으로 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 온라인 수업에 대한 교수자 인식의 변화, 녹화영상과 실시간 쌍방향 수업의 병행, 비대면 체육수업 사례 중심 교육을 통해 효과적인 온라인 수업 계획과 운영의 필요성을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 학습자와 의견을 공유하는 수업 분위기 만들기, 피드백 제공하기, 효과적으로 안내사항 전달 및 확인하기 등을 통해 예비교사와 소통하고 공감하기 위한 교수자의 노력이 중요하다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 비평적 사고력과 설명력을 높이기 위한 과제, 기본에 충실한 수업계획서 작성하기, 수업시연 평가하기를 통해 교수능력 향상을 위한 평가의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 이를 통해 예비교사의 수업역량 함양을 위한 비대면 교육의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 미래 사회 변화에 따른 효과적인 예비체육교사교육 및 연구의 방향성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of the non-face-to-face course operation process of pre-service physical education teacher educators and the learning experience of pre-service teachers. And it is to present an effective non-face-to-face pre-service teacher education plan according to changes in future education. Methods This study is a self-study focusing on the value of reflection and change of teacher educators. Therefore, the study participant is ‘I’, a teacher educator and researcher. And Accordingly, the study participants selected ‘I’, a teacher educator, and a third-year pre-service teacher at 00 University. Teacher educator s journal and pre-service teacher s reflection journal were used. The data were analyzed using Spradley(1979) domain analysis and classification analysis methods. Results First, the necessity of effective lesson planning and operation was found through the change in perception of online classes, parallel recording and video classes, and non-face-to-face physical education case-based education. Second, it was found that the teachers efforts to communicate with the prospective teachers through the class atmosphere in which opinions are shared, the provision of feedback, and effective guidance and confirmation are important. Third, it was possible to confirm the importance of evaluation for improving teaching ability through tasks for improving critical thinking and explanatory skills, writing lesson plans, and evaluating class demonstrations. Conclusions Through this study, it was possible to confirm the possibility of non-face-to-face education for cultivating the teaching competency of pre-service teachers. In addition, the direction of effective pre-service physical education teacher education and study according to future social changes was presented.
