비대면 교육환경에서의 정주대학 운영 사례연구

국문 초록

최근 COVID-19의 확산으로 인해 사회, 문화, 정치, 교육 등 우리 사회의 모든 분야에서 큰 변화가 일어나고있다. 이러한 변화에 따라 대학의 교육환경도 급변하여 사상 초유의 비대면 온라인 강의가 지속됨으로써 학생들의학업효과 및 대학생활 적응에 대한 많은 문제가 발생하고 있다. 학생들의 대학생활 적응에 대한 중요성을 인지하고 있는 국내 대학들은 학생들이 생활하고 있는 기숙사 공간을 교육의 공간으로 변화시켜 비교과 학습활동 및 정규 교과과정의 학습활동을 통합적으로 운영하는 정주대학에 주목하고 있다. 정주대학은 학생들의 창의적인 활동에도움을 주며 건강하고 행복한 삶을 누릴 수 있는 심리적, 생리적, 사회적 욕구와 가치를 충족시켜 대학생활의 적응 및 만족도를 높이는 데 있어 대학 교육의 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 COVID-19 비대면 교육환경에서 D 대학교 정주대학 교육 프로그램 운영사례 및 성과분석을 통해 비대면 환경에서의 정주대학의 구체적인운영방안을 모색해보고자 한다.

영문 초록

Due to the recent spread of COVID-19, there have been great changes in all fields of society including social communities, culture, politics, and education. Accordingly, the educational environments of colleges are also rapidly changing and unprecedented untact online lectures have been continuing on, causing many problems with regard to the academic effects and university life adjustment of students. Korean university students who recognize the importance of university life adjustment are now giving attention to residential colleges, which have changed dormitory spaces where students reside into educational spaces, allowing for the integrated management of academic activities that are a part of regular curriculums and academic activities that are not a part of regular curriculums. Residential colleges support the creative activities of students and satisfy the psychological, biological, and social desires and needs of students that allow them to lead healthy and happy lives, increasing university life adjustment and satisfaction and playing an important role in university education. At this, examinations were made of the specific management plans of residential colleges in untact environments through the program management case and performance analysis of D University’s residential college in a non face to face education environment of COVID-19.
