상담경험이 대학생의 대인관계에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학에서의 상담 경험이 학생들의 대인관계에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 탐색하고자 한다. 본 연구는 재학생 1,411명을 대상으로 2020년에 실시한 재학생 만족도 및 요구조사 도구를 활용하여, 회귀모형 및 위계적 회귀모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 교수 상담 경험은 대인관계 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었으나, 심리 상담 경험 및 학습지원 상담 경험은 대인관계 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인하였다. 또한, 교수 상담 경험이 교수 상담 만족도를 매개로 대인관계 만족도에 부분 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 대학생의 상담경험 및 상담 만족도가 성공적인 대학생활에 중요한 요소인 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 것을 보여줌으로서, 대학 교원 및 전문상담 인력의 대학생 상담에 대한 이해를 높이고자 한다.

영문 초록

This research aimed to explore the effects of university student counseling experience in college on their interpersonal relationships. For this study, 1,411 undergraduates who participated in the 2020 student satisfaction and perception survey were examined by using linear regression and hierarchical regression to find the relationship between the counseling experiences and student satisfaction with their interpersonal relationship. The major findings showed that faculty counseling experience had a significant impact on the satisfaction of interpersonal relationships, while psychological counseling and academic counseling experiences had no statistical impact on the satisfaction of interpersonal relationships. The results also show that faculty counseling experience had a partial mediating effect on student interpersonal relationships through satisfaction with faculty counseling. This study attempted to provide implications both in practice and theory regarding counseling effects on student interpersonal relationships.
