국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비 초등교사의 진로장벽과 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로소명과 진로결정성에 미치는 매개효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 S교육대학교에 재학중인 대학생들을 대상으로 검사지를 투입하여, 최종적으로 203명의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 Process macro 3.1을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 예비 초등교사의 진로소명은 진로결정성에 유의미한 매개효과를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 예비초등교사의 진로장벽은 진로소명과 진로결정성의 관계를 유의미하게 매개하였다. 셋째, 예비 초등교사의 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로소명과 진로결정성의 관계를 유의미하게 매개하였다. 넷째, 예비 초등교사의 진로장벽과 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로소명과 진로결정성의 관계를 순차적으로 매개하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과의 시사점에 대해 논의한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effect of career barriers and career decision making self-efficacy on the relationship between career calling and career decidedness of pre-service elementary school teachers. For this purpose, data of 203 students attending the S National University of Education were collected. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and Process macro 3.1. The results of this study are as follows. First, pre-service teachers’ career calling has no significant effects on career decidedness. Second, the mediating effect of pre-service teachers’ career barriers on the relationship between career calling and career decidedness was significant. Third, there is the significant mediation effect of pre-service teachers’ career decision making self-efficacy on the relationship between career calling and career decidedness. Fourth, pre-service teachers’ career barriers and career decision making self-efficacy sequentially mediated the relation between career calling and career decidedness.
