국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사 양성교육에서 예비유아교사들의 협업역량 향상을 위해 TBL기반 협력적 수업을 실행하면서 그 과정과 결과를 탐구한 질적 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 TBL기반 협력적 수업에 참여한 예비유아교사들이 어떠한 경험을 하였으며, 이러한 참여 경험이 예비유아교사들에게 어떠한 의미였는지를 탐색하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 2019학년도 2학기 영유아교수방법 과목을 수강하는 A대학 유아교육과 4학년 학생 72명이다. TBL기반 협력적 수업은 팀 구성, 팀 빌딩, 팀 활동, 피드백, 평가, 성찰, 공유의 과정으로 이루어졌다. TBL기반 협력적 수업의 참여 경험은 예비유아교사들에게 협력의 가치를 알아가고, 협력자로 성장하며, 좋은 협력자로 거듭나기 위한 계획의 시간이었다. 예비유아교사들은 TBL기반 협력적 수업의 참여를 통해 협력의 가치를 체험하고, 협력의 방법을 터득하며, 좋은 협력자가 되기로 결심하는 기회를 가질 수 있었다. 본 연구는 TBL기반 협력적 수업을 통해 예비유아교사들의 협력을 촉진하고 협업역량을 효과적으로 지원하는데 의의가 있으며, TBL기반 협력적 수업의 실행과정과 결과를 공유함으로써 예비유아교사들의 협업역량 개발을 지향하는 교사 교육자들에게 도움이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is a qualitative study that explores the process and results while implementing TBL-based cooperative classes to improve the cooperative competency of pre-service early childhood teachers in early childhood teacher training education. In this study, the experiences of pre-service early childhood teachers who participated in the TBL-based cooperative class were explored, and the significance of these participation experiences to pre-service early childhood teachers. Participants in this study are 72 4th grade students in the Early Childhood Education Department of University A who are taking the Infant and Toddler Teaching Method course in the second semester of 2019. TBL-based cooperative classes consisted of team formation, team building, team activities, feedback, evaluation, reflection, and sharing. The experience of participating in the TBL-based cooperative class was a time of planning to learn the value of cooperation, grow as a cooperator, and be reborn as a good cooperator for pre-school teachers. Through participation in TBL-based collaborative classes, pre-service early childhood teachers were able to experience the value of cooperation, learn how to cooperate, and have the opportunity to decide to become good cooperators. This study is meaningful in facilitating the cooperation of pre-service early childhood teachers through TBL-based cooperative classes and effectively supporting the cooperative capabilities, and aims to develop the cooperative capabilities of pre-service early childhood teachers by sharing the execution process and results of the TBL-based cooperative classes. It will be helpful to teachers and educators who do.
