국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대졸자 중 현직자를 대상으로 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 대학교육만족도, 직장만족도, 대학 진로 및 취업 프로그램 참여도, 전공-직무 일치도의 효과와 관계를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학교육만족도와 삶의 만족도 관계에서 매개변인인 직장만족도, 조절변인인 대학 진로 및 취업 프로그램 참여도, 전공-직무 일치도의 효과를 조절된 매개분석을 통해 검증하였다. 분석에는 한국고용정보원의 2018 대졸자직업이동경로조사(2017GOMS) 자료를 활용하였다. 본 연구에 대한 결과는 직장만족도는 대학교육만족도와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 부분적인 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 전공-직무 일치도의 관계에서 유의미한 조절효과를 가졌다. 그러나 대학 진로 및 취업 프로그램 참여도는 대학교육만족도와 직장만족도 사이에서 조절효과가 유의미하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 대학생들의 직업만족도와 졸업 후 삶의 만족도 향상을 위해 대학에서 개선할 할 부분과 연구의 제한점 및 함의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is the effects and relationships of university education satisfaction, job satisfaction, participation in university career and employment programs, and education-job consistency as factors affecting the quality of life of current college graduates. For this purpose, the effects of the mediating variables such as job satisfaction, participation in college career and employment programs, and education-job consistency were verified through the moderated mediating analysis. The data of the 2018 College Graduate Vocational Transition Survey (2017 GOMS) of the Korea Employment Information Service were used for the analysis. The results of this study showed that job satisfaction had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between university education satisfaction and quality of life. Second, there was a significant moderating effect on the relationship between education and job agreement. However, the degree of participation in college career and employment programs was found to have no significant moderating effect between university education satisfaction and job satisfaction. Based on these results, the limitations and implications of the research to be improved in colleges were presented to improve the job satisfaction of college students and the quality of life after graduation.
