심리사회적 모델에 근거한 유도선수들의 외상 위험과 보호 요인 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 유도선수들의 외상 위험과 보호 요인을 확인하고, 외상 유형에 따른 특징을 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2019-2020년 대한유도협회에 소속된 유도선수 7명을 대상으로 심리검사, 개인 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집한 뒤 심리사회적 모델을 적용하여 귀납적 방법으로 내용을 분석하였다. 총 195개의 원자료를 수집하였고. 개인 영역 128개 일반영역 4개, 일반 하위 영역 3개, 세부 영역 14개로 범주화하었다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 위험요인의 개인 영역은 65.85%, 이 중 외상이전 13.84%로, 개인적 취약성, 이전 외상 수, 스트레스 순이며 기질과 성격과 같은 개인의 취약성이 외상에 적절한 대처를 어렵게 하였다. 외상 동안은 10.25%로, 두려움, 수치심, 억울함, 얼어붙음 같은 정서적 반응을 가장 많이 보였으며 특히 이인화 같은 현실감 상실증상도 관찰되었다. 외상 이후는 41.53%로, 위험과 보호 요인 전체 영역 중 가장 많이 관찰되었고 이중 자신에 대한 부정적 인지를 가장 많이 나타냈다. 외상 영역은 3.58%로, 오랜 선수 경력 동안 발생한 부상과 폭력 등의 경험으로 인한 것으로 보이는 외상 심각성이 관찰되었다. 환경 영역은 4.10%, 보호 요인의 개인 영역은 26.15%, 환경 영역은 1.02%로, 개인적 요인으로는 성격적 관점이, 환경요인에서는 사회적 지지가 중요한 요인으로 관찰되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the trauma risk and protection of judo athletes and characterize trauma types. To this end, data were collected through psychological tests and personal in-depth interviews for 7 unemployed judo athletes belonging to the Korea Judo Association in 2019-2020, and then applied a psychosocial model to analyze the model in an inductive method. We are collecting a total of 195 raw data. It was categorized into 128 personal areas, 4 general areas, 3 general sub-areas, and 14 sub-areas. Physically, the personal area of risk factors is 65.85%, of which 13.84% before trauma, followed by personal aptitude, number of previous traumas, and weak, and individual vulnerability such as temperament and personality may be appropriate for trauma. During trauma, 10.25% showed the most emotional reactions such as fear, shame, resentment, and freezing, and it is recommended to observe symptoms of loss of reality, especially Depersonalization. After trauma, it was 41.53%, which was the most observed among all areas of risk and protection factors, and among them, negative perception of self was the most. The trauma area was 3.58%, and the severity of the trauma, which appears to be due to the experience of injuries and violence, which occurred during a long career was observed. The environmental domain was 4.10%, the personal domain of the protection factor was 26.15%, and the environmental domain was 1.02%. Personality was observed as an important factor, and social support was an important factor in the environmental factor.
