국문 초록

본 연구는 대학 실정에 맞는 역량기반 교육과정 인증체제 구축과 그에 부합하는 평가지표 개발을 목적으로 수행되었으며, 대학 내 모든 정규 교육과정에 활용 가능한 통합된 인증체제와 평가지표를 2개년도에 거쳐 개발하고 타당화하였다. 연구의 구체적인 내용과 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 대학 역량기반 교육과정 인증체제 구성이 어떠해야 하는지를 규명하기 위한 기초연구로서 1차년도는 문헌연구와 사례조사를 토대로 평가영역 및 준거를 도출하여 평가지표 초안을 구성하였다. 교육과정이 실제로 역량에 기반하여 개발, 운영 및 성과 관리될 수 있도록 목표에 따라 총 3단계(기초인증, 본인증, 성과인증)로 인증을 구분하였으며, 단계별 평가지표는 대표적인 교육평가모형인 CIPP모형을 기반으로 총 4개 평가영역, 10개 평가항목(요소), 20개 지표로 구성하였다. 다음으로 2차년도 연구에 해당하는 본 연구를 통해 A지역에 위치한 4년제 대학 12개 정규 교육과정에 실제 평가를 적용하여 봄으로써 개선사항을 파악하였으며 수정 델파이 기법(modified Delphi Technique)을 활용하여 전문가 의견을 반영, 각 항목을 수정하고 최종 평가지표로서 타당화하였다. 특히 1차년도 대비 2차년도 연구상 발생한 수정⋅변화의 타당성에 대해서도 델파이 조사를 실시하여 이론적으로 타당하면서도 현장 적용성 높은 대학 역량기반 교육과정 인증 평가지표를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학 역량기반 교육과정 인증 평가지표의 개발 및 보급 필요성과 대학의 역량기반교육과정과 관련한 후속 연구에 대하여 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted with the purpose of establishing curriculum accreditation system and developing evaluation indicators based on competency of university. The integrated accreditation system and indicators that can be used for all regular curriculums in universities were developed and validated over two years. The specific contents and results of the study are as follows. The first, this study was based on literature research and case study, and the appropriate evaluation area, criteria, and indicators were drafted. The accreditation was divided into three stages according to the goal so that the curriculum can be developed, operated and managed based on the competence. The evaluation indicators consisted of 4 areas, 10 items, and 20 indicators based on the CIPP model. In addition, this study, which corresponds to the second year s study, identified improvements by applying actually to 12 regular curriculum of 4-year universities in A region, and used modified Delphi Techniques to reflect expert opinions, revise each item and make it a final evaluation indicators. In particular, Delphi survey was conducted on the feasibility of change in the second year compared to the first year, and the evaluation indicator which is theoretically valid and highly applicable to the field, was derived. Finally, based on the results of this study, the necessity of developing and disseminating competency-based curriculum accreditation evaluation indicators and the follow-up study related to competency-based university curriculum were suggested.
