국문 초록

대학 글쓰기 교육의 효과에 대한 논의는 진행 중에 있다. 대학 글쓰기의 효과에 대해서는 두 가지 측면에서 검증할 필요성이 있다. 학습전이와 학습만족 측면이다. 대학 글쓰기가 학습만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 성과연구는 그동안 꾸준히 진행되어 왔다. 학습전이에 대한 연구 역시 많으나, 기업체 교육의 전이성과에 대한 연구가 대부분을 차지한다. 반면 대학 글쓰기의 전이성과에 대한 연구는 대체적으로 미진한 편이다. 글쓰기가 학습전이에 미치는 성과가 부족하다는 측면에서 본다면 이러한 성과를 끌어올리기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 글쓰기의 전이효과를 향상시키고, 학습만족을 높이기 위한 대안으로 글쓰기 코칭 수업이 필요함을 제안하고 검증하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 실험연구를 진행하였다. 지방의 모 대학의 신입생을 대상으로 코칭수업을 실시하고 학습전이와 만족만족의 효과에 대해 구조모형 방정식을 활용하여 입증하였다. 통계 분석 결과 글쓰기 코칭수업은 학습몰입을 매개로 하여 학습만족, 학습전이에 정적인 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 대학 글쓰기 교육의 방향에 대하여 몇 가지 시사점을 찾을 수 있다. 먼저 글쓰기수업을 지속적으로 추진하기 위해서 학습자의 학습전이가 중요하다는 것을 보여준다. 학습몰입을 촉진시키고 만족감을 높일 수 있는 교수전략 및 콘텐츠의 설계 전략이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구를 통해 대학 글쓰기 교육의 방향에 대하여 시사점을 찾을 수 있을 수 있을 것이라 전망한다.

영문 초록

Discussions on the effectiveness of university writing education are under way. The effects of university writing need to be verified in two ways. It is in terms of pre-learning and satisfaction. Performance studies have been continuously conducted on the effect of university writing on learning satisfaction. Although there is extensive research on learning outcomes, research on the transfer performance of enterprise education accounts for most studies. On the other hand, research on the transfer performance of university writing is generally incomplete. Research needs to be done to boost this achievement in terms of the lack of achievement in writing on learning transfer. In this study, we proposed and validated writing coaching classes as an alternative to improving the transition effects of writing. An experimental study was conducted for this research. Coaching classes were conducted for new students from several local universities, and the effects of pre-learning and satisfaction were demonstrated using structural model equation. Statistical analysis results showed that the coaching class for writing had a static effect on learning satisfaction and prior learning. The results of this study show several implications for college writing education. First, it shows the importance of a learner’s transfer in order to pursue writing classes continuously. It suggests the need for a teaching strategy and a design strategy for content to facilitate learning immersion and increase satisfaction. Through this study, we expect to be able to find implications for the direction of college writing education.
